The beach view is spectacular. Great place for a couple or single person. You do need a car on Maui to get restaurants and activities. Was a great location for north Kīhei.

This property was great! The view was outstanding! The unit had an appealing look. The bed was very comfortable! But the furniture cushions had some stains and an old funky smell. There was bar soap provided for shower but was harsh on skin. We ended up buying liquid bath soap. We also had to buy a kitchen sponge for clean ups. There was laundry detergent. But no fabric softeners provided. The kitchen faucet was loose and had to be tightened a few times. In the future I would ask more questions. That way I would know exactly what to bring.

We have stayed at sugar beach many times and we absolutely loved our unit. It was welcoming and homey and a beautiful view. There was everything you could need we give it a 10! Thank you for sharing your home with usher

Nice location

It was close access to all the things we wanted to see, the beach and sunsets were great and walking distance to a bakery with the best banana streusel cake ever!

Unit was awesome, great decor. Very well stocked with everything you need. Great location. This unit was much nicer than others we stayed at on this property.

Terrific Stay!

Our stay at Sugar Beach was tremendous! Our unit was clean, accessible, and the communication was great. The location on the island was ideal for easily being able to access every area of Maui. The amenities were excellent, the pool area was clean and spacious, and the access to the beach was wonderful! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

View to Die For

Amazing unit for a 3 month stay in Paradise. Incredible view of Kaho’Olawe and Molikini. Loved the pool and Dina’s bar on site. We will be back!

Beautiful view

Our stay here was amazing! The view from the condo is beautiful and it is right on the beach. Everything was very clean and nice. The pool was also nice and clean and there are a lot of chairs by the pool or the beach to lay out. It's also just a short walk or drive to many restaurants and shops which is great!

Beautiful Sunsets

Condo was so peaceful with a great ocean view. Close to pool and beach access. Easy walk to fresh malasadas (Sugar Beach Bakery) in the morning. Main highway is close by for easy access to other shops, restaurants and activities.

Great location

Came here for our Honeymoon. The condo itself was lovely. The beach in front of the condo is great to watch and walk down however not the best to actually swim. There are many beautiful beaches nearby. Kihei is a great centralized location to explore all of Maui. 10/10 would stay here again.

Romantic oceanfront

We really enjoyed the oceanfront views from the lanai and we could even hear the ocean in our bedroom too. It was in a great location to go to multiple places in Maui. The pictures don’t do it justice. We will definitely return!

Perfect location

Our 5 night stay in Maui was at the perfect location . This was centrally located between many outings and activities in Maui . There are many restaurants and shops near by . The condo was clean , well stocked with kitchen items , beach towels , beach chairs , etc . The view of the ocean was gorgeous . We enjoyed sitting on the patio just watching the beach below . We will stay here again on our next trip back to Hawaii !
