Hacienda del Sol II welcomes you to Unit 509!

Announcement: Starting April 21st, we will be painting and performing maintenance on the balconies of our property. This project is expected to last around 30 days. During this time, we are offering special discounted rates on the condos. The listed prices reflect these special, reduced rates for the duration of the work. The pool and beach will remain fully accessible. Please note, all rules and cancellation policies will stay the same. We will keep you posted on any updates.

Note: There is a public beach access 10 yards away on the North side of our building while we await our new beach stairs.
This top floor unit overlooks the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and boasts an expansive view of gorgeous New Smyrna Beach. Sip your coffee and catch the sun rise, see your vacation crew splash around in the pool below, or watch the competition heat up in shuffleboard. You really can see all that Hacienda del Sol II has to offer from the balcony. There is a King bed in master bedroom and Queen in 2nd bedroom. This Ocean View has NO Washer/Dryer. Coin operated laundry facilities are on every floor.

Thhis unit owner has pets. Please do not book if allergic.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.) as needed.
