Beautiful property! It is remote but if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat this is the place. The house had everything we could possibly need! There are a lot of steps and transitions in this house so anyone with mobility issues should be aware. The hot tub was incredible and the views were gorgeous. Great communication with host.

Our family had a great time hanging out together is this house and on the lake. The main room was large and had plenty of room for all 12 of us.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The dock associated with house is a great place to gather, swim and fish. Make sure though you stock your provisions, it is almost a 30 minute drive to anywhere for groceries or other needs. Overall this was a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to come again.

This property is amazing and a must see! Steve and his wife were so kind and helpful! It's your own little seclusion. We had a girls trip and we were blown away by the amenities and options. The neighbors weren't too close, meet them and super friendly. Everyone was so responsive and helpful. We had some striving getting the check in information, but not at a fault to the owners seemed like an app issue. It's a Beaufort area with plenty too do around. The drive is very windy as a fyi of that bothers you, but it was quiet roads so that was helpful. We can't wait to come back! Home, property, and stories are all beautiful! Hot tub was so new and clean! House was clean and plenty of comforting room options and extra blankets everywhere! Can't say wanting negative about this place or the owners!

Pictures of this home and property truly don’t do it justice. The surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous, with crystal‑clear water and stunning scenery in every direction. Mornings were especially peaceful, enjoying coffee on the porch while watching the abundant wildlife was perfect. After long days of hiking and exploring, the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. The home was exceptionally well‑equipped, and the wide range of amenities was greatly appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again.

Birthday Getaway!

We had the best time here! Steve was very responsive and flexible, and we had everything we needed to have an amazing weekend for my birthday! It was the perfect amount of peace and tranquillity while also having plenty of space for my friends and I to have a great time! The hot tub and outdoor amenities were amazing, and the home is so beautiful and roomy and included all the essentials you’ll ever need! We’d definitely stay here again!

It was a pretty neat place. However, upon arrival the AC was not working in the upstairs where the big master bedroom and big bathroom are. They did get an HVAC guy out to fix the issue, but it was a mediocre solution. No AC in the bathroom at all, and a portable unit placed to blow cool air on to the bed, which did make that immediate area comfortable. It was more comfortable and quiet sleeping in the downstairs bedroom.

Hello Robert. Thank you for staying at our home. We did our best to provide the quickest and best solution to a failure in our HVAC while you were there. We had the system looked at immediately, parts were not available, so we replaced the system shortly after you finished your stay when the HVAC company was able to do it. If we could have fixed the system while you were staying with us, we sure would have. We apologize for that unexpected breakdown. Thanks again for selecting our home for your stay.

Best weekend in years!

We took a friend for her birthday a group of 8 of us went and fein the moment you pull in the curb appeal is breathtaking!! The you enter and it doesnt disappoint either. It transports you go a cabin from the days of your childhood with the amenities of a modern cabin with plenty of room for everyone. I love the distance to the water and all the water toys and just walking.around the property was special. Thank you for a beautiful space you share with usal

Great time and place.

Very relaxing, just what we wanted. However, there is a safety concern. There is a 2 step drop to the fireplace. While very pretty, it is a safety concern. One of our guests tripped into it and broke her finger. Needs something to warn people of. Other than that, loved the place. Steve was very hands on, delivering wood, showing us around, etc.

My 36th Birthday weekend getaway

We were looking for a peaceful getaway for my birthday weekend & this place did not disappoint!! I really loved how personable Steve & Jovon Real, were. They made us feel very welcomed from the day of booking, through our entire stay here. They were so helpful & easy to communicate with! Jovon arranged for us to have extra firewood delivered & stacked for us when we got there for a small fee. We had the pleasure of meeting Steve upon arrival, He'd brought a beautiful, antique wheel picnic table that he made, to the cabin for outside picnics! Jovon gave us a list of nearby places, activities & the distances, before we arrived, which was super helpful!! They are really great people with a Beautiful cabin!! The cabin was even better in person than in the pictures! It did rain some of our stay, but we really didnt mind sitting around & enjoying the tranquility! The cabin was well stocked. The lake is beautiful & the kids had a blast swimming off of the dock & kayaking! I really wish we were able to have stayed longer!! We definitely plan to come back! Thank you so much Steve & Jovon!! :)

Wonderful retreat

This beautiful home met our needs in every conceivable way. Our multi-family group consisted of eleven people and there was plenty of room for all. The setting was peaceful and quiet. We had a fantastic weekend in this well-appointed home.
