Condo was just as pictured. Kitchen was stocked well with all the necessary items we needed.Host was wonderful and easy to reach anytime we had a question.Definitely recommend for a wonderful beach trip, great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The property was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. While some areas of the condo are a bit dated, everything was functional and cared for, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.One of the best features was having access to three pools, which gave everyone plenty of space to spread out and enjoy themselves. The beach service was also a huge plus and made our beach days so easy and convenient. Overall, this was a great place for a relaxing getaway, and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was under construction and wasn’t the nicest. The pool and the pool bathrooms were a little gross. The carpeting by the elevators grossed me out too. I’m hoping the change a few things in the renovations. The host was very responsive while we were there and the price was great. My kids loved it but I don’t know that we would stay there again.

Awesome place

Clean and they got awesome place my kids had tons of fun,the host is very nice and easy to contact. Overall 5 star i recommended highly.

A great location.

We wanted to be on the beach and have easy access to things to do around the gulf without spending tons of money for a view. This was perfect and spacious. Our family really enjoyed the pools and quick beach access. The condo was stocked with essentials and the manager was very responsive and friendly.

2025 OB Family Trip

My husband and I take a beach trip every year and this year the kids and grandkids were able to join us. They fell in love with OB just like we did years ago. We love staying at Sugar Beach Condos because it’s down away from all the traffic but close enough to everything! We are already looking forward to next year’s trip

40th Bday Celebration!

Girls trip to celebrate one of our friends turning "40"! We had a great time, beautiful condo, great location, still a bit quieter than most, since the towers next door are not open just yet... We love Sugar Beach Condos and we love Orange Beach and the close proximity of everything we need. We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay!

Everyone on this property was so friendly and helpful like always! We love the location. Anything you want to do is close by. We did a dolphin cruise, Lulus, and the hangout, but mostly just enjoyed the beach and 3 pools! If you visit, and love crab and shrimp, you must try the place directly across the road!! Amazing! And you can walk right to it :)

Grwta location

Great location, owner was easy to contact and quick response, house just as pictures show. We had 11 total and was a great fit for our family. I'll recommend to all.

Exceptional✨

This property exceeded our expectations. It was on the beach exactly like what we were looking for! The pictures didn’t include the rest of the property with was a wonderful surprise when we arrived to find out there were multiple pools that were family friendly and a concession stand for anything snacks or drinks you may have forgot or just simply too lazy to walk to the room to grab! This property was amazing.

Nice 3 bedroom condo

Sugar Beach is old and it shows, but it’s very quaint and a great place for younger kids. This unit was perfect for us and our daughter, son-in-law and our 4 young grandchildren. We did experience a number of issues and the mgmt was great at responding. Many of the issues have to do with the age of things but some could have been resolved before we came like towel bars and toilet paper holders falling off and dead batteries in all of the remotes for the tvs. Because the beds and furniture are great and comfortable and mgmt truly cares and is on top of the issues, I would definitely recommend this property!

Will definitely be back!

Everything was exactly as explained and as the pictures show. Easiest check in ever! I’ve had to wait hours at other condos for people to meet us! Not the case here. Communication was a text away with a fast response. Had everything in the kitchen we needed. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We have six kids and this room was so perfect for us! I’m already looking at dates for next year!

Perfect for a larger group

We had 9 people in our group and this was the only place that had the bed situation we needed. It was set up nice with 2 bunk beds in one room. I would stay there again. Steps from the beach. Manager checked to see if we needed anything. My only complaint was we had to time our showers so we didn’t all take one around the same time. Water got cold after 3 people. The condo itself is older but fine. The heated pool was a major plus, during the cold snap. Like stated I would stay here again.

It was ok

I’d say condo over all was good, not much of a view like mentioned. TV in master room didn’t work, you couldn’t wash clothes while drying them. We had to dry clothes over night and they still wasn’t dry the next morning, we had to cancel evening plans because we wasn’t aware the dryer would be so slow . The bedroom pieces slid everywhere including the bed and night stands on the wood floor , I also just sit in the bed and it fell in the middle, we had to keep putting the boards back up under it witch was annoying for the bed to just fall every single time we got in. We was also told we got two parking passes, when we arrived they said we could only have one because of Memorial Day witch wasn’t previously mentioned. Property was clean. Elevators was super slow. Also your not renting the green building/house in the picture. Other than all above it was a cute nice little place
