Nice place, right on the river. Make sure you communicate the right time of year to avoid spiders and whatnot but, nice little place.

The house was in a convenient area and watching the river from sitting outside was nice. The house needs to be sprayed for spiders.

Nice views

Good location and parking, clean place. Nice view of the Ohio River. Ceilings are a little low other than that I would stay again.

Great spot in Madison!

Cute little house sitting right on the river near Madison, Indiana. Property manager was responsive and the home was well-equipped for our hiking and weekend of exploring in Madison. Would definitely stay again!

The charming house on the water was exceptionally clean with great views. As warned the road noise was loud but tolerable. There were little soaps from Fountain Alley Body Care that smelled great and a nice collection of other local attractions and activities. We found everything we needed for a great weekend at the park, a grill would be great though!

Spacious

Lots of room and a cool history. We enjoyed the views and being able to have our dog with us. The owner was very responsive to questions too!

Perfect getaway place for Homecoming weekend in Madison Indiana...quaint, well-appointed, great amenities including a water cooler...close enough to downtown Madison to quickly access all opportunities in town but enough off the beaten path to enjoy the peace and quiet of the wonderful Ohio River view...staying here capped off a fabulous weekend for my wife and I

Short Getaway

We loved the lay out of the two sets of tables and chairs and two sitting areas, kitchen area in between. Lots of windows to enjoy the light on the river at sunset and sunrise. A cozy place for hanging out and close to things to do. Appreciated also the history of it.

Lucky River House

Sonia is a great host, great communication and very quick response time. The house was exactly what we needed, a great view and some peace and quiet. The house feels very private but you're just minutes from town. Lots of local shops and businesses near by. Thanks again Sonia for a great stay!
