Welcome to Sandy Toes & Salty Kisses! This 3 bed, 2 baths with a loft offers breath-taking views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! Spacious & newly renovated, this unit does not disappoint! This is a top-end unit so lots of natural light. From the luxury linens down to the attention to detail, your vacation will be one to remember! Sit on the covered deck & watch and listen to the waves roll in. Centrally located in a Boutique 33 unit complex, Seascape offers you steps to the beach plus all amenities that Orange Beach has to offer! 2 covered parking spots are included in this rental. We want you to relax and enjoy! We strive to make sure your stay is one to remember!

Great family vacation

We had a great stay! The condo was great lots of space and plenty of room for all 10 of us! The pool was nice when we couldn’t go to the beach.

Great for family vacation

This is an excellent spot for a large family - babies included! We appreciated the high chair, pack-n-play, and baby bath items that were provided. The balcony access made it easy to come off the beach and go to the balcony to clean off before going inside...and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals each day. Great communication from the host leading up to our stay and everything was seamless! Will be booking this again!

Great family vacation spot!

Great condo for our family of 9. The teens stayed in the loft. Great views from the deck and easy beach access. Since the condo building was small with just a few houses in front, the beach was much less crowded than all the high rises around us. Clean, cute updated decor and comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Condo was super clean and cozy. Fit our situation perfectly. Easy stroll to the beach. Host was very accommodating. Lots of beach accessories including a wagon, chairs, and towels. Would highly recommend this place!!

Just about as perfect as it could get!

Everything was as described in the listing! Tasha is truly an exceptional host and the location and home were absolutely perfect for a week away with our kiddos. Amazing memories were made! Definitely recommend!

Amazing Home Away from Home

Our group of 9 had the best time at the home away from home. It had everything we needed plus some! Indoor and outdoor. We were able to communicate thru out our process & had such quick responses. We will definitely try to come back next year to this house ❤️

Girls Beach Trip

The property had been well maintained, had plenty of room for the 9 of us. Amenities and Linens supplied was abundant. Would definitely stay there again. Host responded quickly to questions or issues. Suggest Kleenex tissue should be added to bathrooms.

When we get to the property I was like this doesn’t looks like what we seen on the picture, but as soon as we open the door we can see the house and it was so beautiful and nice inside and good maintenance

Great family vacay

The condo was very nice. On the smaller side for a 3 bed/2 bath. Has everything you might need and a little too much. Property grounds need TLC. Elevator had issues day 1 and day 7. So if walking up or down 3 flights of stairs is an issue, be ware.

Highly recommend staying here

Tasha did an amazing job renovating this place. Lots of updates that makes you feel right at home. The view of the ocean is amazing. No need to bring all your chairs and extras as there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys to bring to the beach. Tasha is very responsive when you message her. This place will be a spot to look at in our next visit!

A Perfect Labor Day Weekend

Checks all the boxes! Location, comfortable beds, coastal decor, beach & pool and a hostess who leaves you the extras that help you enjoy the comforts of home. Chairs, umbrellas, towels, kitchen staples, ice cold air and luxury linens/pillows. Our party of 9 loved it—from card games on the deck to our quiet bedrooms at night. A hard vrbo to top! Five stars.

Great stay with a great view

We arrived to a clean, well kept unit. The beds were comfortable and clean. We utilized all of the bedrooms and the loft. Our oldest son loved the loft!! The place was in great shape and maintained to standards above what we expected. It has quick, convenient access to the beach, and a pool. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants that were literally in walking distance from the condos. I would recommend Seascape to anyone looking for a great place to stay at Orange Beach.

One to Remember

This place was amazing, accommodating in every way. Several things truly made this location excel above most I’ve stayed in. Beautiful scenery, peaceful, the deck seemed to have a continuous breeze. The volleyball court was directly in front of the ocean side, easy accessible. Several toiletries had been provided, along with all the little things needed but are easy to forget. I would highly recommend!!!

Exceptional!!

Loved everything about this condo! The pictures accurately portray the fresh and open feeling that the unit offers. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and it offered us plenty of room without ever feeling cramped. The beds are also SUPER comfortable which was an added bonus! The patio is great size and offers nice views of the ocean. The walk to the beach was easier than I had anticipated. We all agreed we would stay at this condo again next year! The owners are also extremely attentive and easy to get ahold of with any questions. ❤️

Great beach access

Overall we had a great vacation staying at this property. The easy access to the beach and the fact that there was very little competition for beach space made it great. The pool is small, lacks lights in the evening, which my kids didn't like. When sitting on the balcony, the next door hotel pool area is very loud. Thankfully, there is good sound insulation in the condo and very little of the outside noise bleeds in. The property manager is very good with communication and answering questions quickly.

AMAZING CONDO !!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Our stay here at Sea escapes room 311 was amazing!!! Not only was it spacious for our family but the condo itself was beautiful!!! It was clean and very welcoming!!! Our kids enjoyed the up stairs loft and the bed, hands down,were some of the most comfortable beds we ever slept on !!! The view on the balcony was breathtaking and fun at the same time !! Atmosphere was very awesome!!! Easy access through the side gate of the balcony made it easy to bring our beach towels and toys up without bring sand inside the condo !!! All in all we were very pleased and it was very hard to leave this beautiful place!! Lol Definitely would love to come back and stay here again!!! ❤️ Oh and also the owner Mrs.Tasha is very responsive if you have any questions about anything which I loved !!!

Clean, comfy & close to beach!

This condo was perfect for our stay! It was very clean, nicely decorated, incredibly comfortable, and had a fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor deck was perfect for morning coffee and beach watching. We found the king beds very comfortable. We had quick responses from the owner and an overall wonderful experience. They had a wagon and beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas and even boogie boards for us to use. There is an elevator to the 3rd floor and carts to help you to transport luggage or groceries, etc. The beach area is much less crowded because there are 9 private homes in that stretch vs towering high rise condomimiums. The pool was a great place to chill away from the sand. There were water hoses everywhere for easy rinsing outside, and a grill area we never did use. The only thing we wound up needing to buy was extra toilet paper, and some shampoo & body wash but there's a Walmart and Publix super close. We would definitely stay in this condo again!
