Amazing property. A true hidden gem which exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as the owners said it was. Very, very high recommendation. We will definitely stay there again!

Couldn't ask for a better location to stay and relax. Great area and enough privacy. Many options for outdoor activities at the waters edge. We spent a good amount of our time outside to take full advantage of the water view.

Well equipped kitchen! Everything we needed for our family Thanksgiving dinner was there! Beautiful home and special setting. We could see the sunrise and the sunset over the the water!

Amazing property and experience

Absolutely loved this stay. We had family visiting of a wide array of ages and this home gave us the perfect blend of exactly what we needed. Communication and care from the owners was next level, they were so kind and helpful during our stay. 12/10 - we hope to come back again !

Best house. Best hosts. We really can’t believe our good luck. On the beach. Every amenity we could possibly need, indoors and out. Beautiful house. Perfectly appointed kitchen. So comfortable. Immaculate but so cozy. We didn’t want to leave.

What a wonderful trip and beach home! For context, this was a family trip with ages 2-72. Communication- Owner was very accessible and checked in to make sure everything was going wellProperty- Beautiful and perfect for a multi-family trip. We felt close and like we had our own space. Beach was lovely to walk on (there were some available beach shoes for the house, but I recommend you bring them for young kids). Views were amazing. And it was lovely falling asleep and waking up to the oceanArea- Suited out needs! Nearby nature center was perfect- enough animals and nice trails. Good area pizza and icecreamOverall this was a perfect trip, in a gem of a house!

Perfect start to the summer

This was the perfect, most beautiful location with endless water views. Our teenage kids absolutely loved the beach and swimming to the dock. The yard is so large, a rare find for being on the water.

Great.

The location is spectacular. Great views, nice beach right, very private., large lot. Nice beach walking to the East. All is as shown on the web site. The house is comfortable and very well equipped. Communication was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful CT shore family vacation spot

A great place for a family to get together and enjoy life on the CT shore. Quiet yet close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Well equipped with appliances, utensils and items for staying in. Excellent communications with the owner Ross.

Excellent stay. Highly recommended.

My family spent a week at the house and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is fantastic, right on the water, with amazing views. It's a particularly good location for families with little kids (we have a four year old) because the beach is right out the door and you never have to get in the car. The beach itself is nice, filled with shells, and always empty. Many days we were the only people, other than a dog walker or two. The house is nice, clean, and well stocked. We had two small kids, my wife and I, and three grandparents staying at the same time, and we were comfortable. The property is beautiful and the ocean is visible from everywhere. The owner is extremely easy to deal with and answered all of our questions. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and great for taking walks. Madison and its large Stop & Shop is eight minutes away, and Guilford is 10 minutes in the opposite direction. We were very happy with our choice and would rent this houe again.

Location Location Location!

Wonderful spot with the water at the edge of the lovely yard. Typical New England beach house with well equipped kitchen, and lots of deck space. Perfect spot to relax.
