Wonderful Foggy Bottom pied a terre

This apartment was perfect for our GWU graduation as a family base. Andrew was clear and allowed us to check in early. The apartment had EVERY amenity you can imagine and a lovely back yard. The beds are comfortable, great kitchen and Nespresso machine. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic location

My husband and I, and three grown children stayed for a week with a support dog. Great location - safe, well situated and lots of restaurants nearby. Walk to Georgetown. Everything you could need in the house. Nice decor, nice patio w/ onsite parking.

Foggy Bottom stay

We loved the location, it is close to the Metro station and shops. The neighborhood is charming and it's a short walk to Georgetown. It was nice having a parking spot and not having to worry about street parking. The property was very comfortable and we enjoyed our time there. The next time we are in DC I hope we can stay here again.

Incredible property and excellent host

My staff and I came into town for an orthopedic meeting and this was an ideal property and location. Andrew had great communication and had everything set up for us which made it easy and convenient. He was was responsive and helpful as we navigated the city. We will be back next year!

Perfect place for visiting WashDC

Very nice 2-story place was exactly as advertised and pictured. One block from Foggy Bottom Metro Station makes its central location perfect for exploring WashDC. Andrew was on top of it from beginning to end—an excellent host! The digital guide for everything in the house and links to everything you need to know about DC was great. No reservations about recommending this place!

Outstanding!

We take an annual trip to DC each year and have stayed in several rentals. This is by far the best one. Andrew was an excellent host and this rental had all of the amenities needed for a great stay - coffee, spices, laundry detergent, all of the items one might need but doesn’t want to purchase for a short trip. Rental was clean and well maintained. Truly excellent! Thank you Andrew!

Perfect Location for Exploring DC

The stay was just perfect: location was on a leafy quiet street but just a few blcks away from the hustle and bustle. Metro station was an easy walk and it was just the ideal base for a trip to DC. Superb amenities and decor (modern chic) and the property has loads of character. The little touches were so nice such as welcome music playing on the alexa when we arrived and plush hand soap throughout. Andrew was so accomodating and answered all questions so quickly and was always on hand. He was the perfect host. We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to DC! Highly recommend this property

Wonderful property and host

We enjoyed our stay at this unit in Foggy Bottom! Andrew was very helpful answering any questions we had, and when we asked about a pack n play for our 15 month old, he purchased one which was very helpful so we didn't have to fly with one. One of the best hosts we've ever rented from. We walked the 20ish minutes to the Lincoln Memorial the first day, but with temps in the mid 90s, we were thankful for the close by metro the rest of the trip. Easy access to grocery store as well. Overall great stay - location, property and host were all A+!

Such a great place in a great city!

We were so happy with our accommodations! Not only did the place itself exceed our expectations, but Andrew was also fantastic! Everything was so clean, well kept, and let me stay, well stocked when we arrived. Andrew goes above and beyond to make sure that your questions are answered and that you feel at home during your stay. We were new to the area, and had no idea where to go to eat, but wanted to order in as we had a long day of travel. Andrew was great about providing restaurant suggestions, not only for that night but also for the duration of our stay. I can say that Andrew is a gem, and so is this place. We will definitely stay here again when visiting DC in the future. Thank you, Andrew, for being such an amazing host!

5-Star Accommodations

Andrew's property is an excellent location for anyone visiting DC. Our purpose was to drop off our student at GWU. The free on-site parking is ideal. Shops, restaurants and everything you need is within walking distance. The Foggy-Bottom metro stop is just blocks away. The pictures for the rental are accurate and the home is better than pictured. Andrew's communication was superb. He provided great videos and house information that were helpful. No guessing. We have rented VRBO in the US and internationally and this is the best DC rental we have experienced. We will be back. Thanks Andrew.

Great home base for exploring DC

We stayed a full week, and our primary goal was to explore the museums and monuments on the National Mall. The house was perfectly situated: it took 5 minutes to ride our bikes to the Lincoln Memorial, and from there we could get anywhere. We cooked all our own meals, and we found that the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including a nice Weber grill. Trader Joes was a casual walk up the street that took 4 minutes so picking up groceries was easy! The house was clean and neat, with a modern aesthetic that was perfect for guests. No clutter, just lots of places to store our stuff, a dedicated parking spot in the back and a small fenced patio in back that was a perfect place to store our bikes. The neighborhood felt safe and we did not have any concerns about letting our teen girls (14 and 17) walk to the coffee shops and around the neighborhood. Andrew was responsive, helpful and provided clear and timely communication before and during our stay. Great place to stay. We are experienced VBRO renters who rent 4 places a year, for a week each, all around the country and this was one of the best rentals we have had!
