Thoughtfully designed, The Maxwell is perfect for those seeking a blend of city life and tranquil comfort.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the Nashville popularity boom, construction recently started near the home. You should expect some construction disruption Monday-Friday between 7am and 7pm.

Long Term Living:
If you're a digital nomad, college student, or new Nashville resident looking for a furnished rental for 2+ months, reach out! Our monthly pricing for extended stays starts at $3,500/month. A refundable security deposit of $500 is charged separately before check-in for reservations between 30 days and 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 for reservations over 6 months.
