This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps four. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. One bedroom & One Full bath. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in the bedroom. Two Smart TVs, one in living room and one in the bedroom. . A coffee maker, coffee/tea and toaster is provided to get your morning started!
This Unit is just steps from the Nashville baseball stadium, walking distance to downtown, Convention Center, Titan Stadium, Farmers market, Greenways, Downtown honky tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, 5th Ave Arts District, Easy Uber/Lyft ride most everywhere! If you have a car, Covered parking is available directly adjacent to this unit!

Perfect location for us

It's just a short walk to many downtown attractions from this location. We enjoyed the coziness of the place, and it felt like home immediately. The check in process was super easy and the communication from the property manager was excellent. We plan to stay here whenever we are back in Nashville.

Spring break getaway

Very accurate description of place and location. Convenient to downtown Nashville activities. Easy check in. Host replies immediately. Will definitely stay with Rebecca next time we are in Nashville.

Wonderful

Perfect little place right on the river. Short ride to Broadway and not too long of a walk to Broadway. Central location to all other fun activities, no more than 20 minutes.

Great location

This unit was close to downtown along the river. The minor league baseball stadium is within walking distance if you're interested in that. Looking over the river was cool. This may be my main place to rent when I make Nashville trips. Had everything I needed.

Great place - quiet and comfortable

We enjoyed staying here as it was clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice to have the covered parking as it was raining one morning and waiting for Uber kept us dry. Nice accommodations.

Riverview apartment

Apartment is very clean, located close to downtown, and a relaxing spot to watch the river. Check out the Parthenon, Fleet Street Pub in Printer's Alley, the State Capitol, and all the greenways.

Property was great! Location within walking distance to Broadway or cheap Uber. Parking was awesome it was covered so we could unpack the car during the pouring rain. We will stay there again in the future loved it. Host was great!!

I enjoyed my stay here. The place was very nice and clean. Great location and river view. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee and with river view. The owners took a lot of thought in making the place comfortable for our stay. I would recommend staying here!!!

Trip to Nashville

My husband and I enjoyed our trip to Nashville very much. The location of the condo was wonderful and also the condo was very accommodating. One of the biggest perks for us was being allowed to bring our golden Maverick along with us! Thanks for the stay!

1st visit to Nashville!!

We were just a few blocks away from Downtown so we could walk there, while enjoying a quiet environment along the river. We enjoyed having coffee(Keurig & coffee provided) on the deck overlooking the river. The bed was comfy, great laundry facilities on site! The condo was nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here on our next visit to Nashville. Great place!!

This apartment is on the Cumberland River and is walkable to downtown Nashville. There is plenty of free parking. The property manager is excellent.

Great location

Nice clean 1 bedroom condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. I had communicated with the owner a couple of times. She responded quickly. Would recommend.

Nashville Holiday

Location. Location. Location! We were less that a mile walk from the downtown area. Just far enough to have a quiet place to go to and sleep. The condo was spotless and beautiful. Our contact person was awesome. We would go back to the same place for sure!

Great location, great place

The apartment had everything we needed. There were some extra touches we especially appreciated: like the coffee starter set, the bottles wsters and the pillow selection. It was very clean and the check in was easy. Any questions I had for the host were replied to quickly. For anyone with mobility issues, it's on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Other than that there are no negatives. Covered parking, with a laundry room on the premises. We stayed for the CMA Fest and the location is walking distance to Nissan Stadium and Broadway, so super convenient. Would definitly stay again.

Nice, clean place.

Very nice condo with a view of the river. Very comfortable bed and fluffy towels. It is exactly as pictured. Two things to mention for future renters: the unit is on the third floor, no elevator and there is no where to sit down and eat. There is a little table with two chairs on the balcony outside but it was 100 degrees when we were there. Just a note also if you are looking to cook meals, the cookware is old and scratched up. Not much in the line of pots/pans. Overall a nice, well taken care of place.

Not As Expected

We booked this because of the patio on the Riverfront. When we checked in, the balcony had been torn off and was on the ground level below, and instead, there was a piece of plywood boarding up the exterior through the sliding glass door. Would have appreciated a heads-up from the owner that this was occurring, but not a peep.

Downtown Nashville is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. With the famous “honky tonks” on Broadway and 2nd Avenue, which feature live music every day of the week, and the constant events going on at Bridgestone, LP Field, the Ryman, and Riverfront, Nashville has earned the nickname “Nashvegas”. If you are in Downtown Nashville, you can definitely walk everywhere in the vicinity of “downtown” and to a few of other areas.

Another great thing is that you can jump in a taxi or Lyft/Uber for a cheap fare and get to any areas or attraction that you are interested in

Downtown Nashville has well over sixty bars and restaurants varying from local hotspots to national chains. Downtown Nashville also has an Art District on Fifth Avenue, which expands annually.

Extra plus? Our neighborhood is next to the River, and between 1/2 to 4 miles from any other place of attraction.
