My second time staying…, Perfect location to the beach, restaurants and south beach shopping. Literally just a 2-minute walk to the sand/ocean with the perfect chairs and umbrella. Great pool, too. Jason is super friendly and helpful with all the things.

This was an older hotel now converted to condos. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. Well maintained. The perfect size for the 2 of us. We were only there for a few days so we didn't get to use the kitchen very much but I will say it was very well stocked of everything needed for a longer stay. It has direct access to the beach right across a beautiful walking/bicycling path and comes with a swimming pool on the property. The pool is also well kept as we observed a worker checking the water and adjusting chemistry before sunrise every morning. The host, Jason is outstanding! Great at providing us with tips as to nearby stores for groceries and places to eat. Any minor problem he took care of right away and we did not feel that we were inconvenienced. We would certainly stay there again!

Good location. Jason the host was helpful. The building is run down. Loud hallway at night. Got stuck in elevator. We would not recommend staying in this property.

Great place to stay

The condo was very nice and clean. The location is seconds away from the beach and in the middle of everything. My only gripe is no tv in the bedroom.

We really enjoy our stay! Nice location close to the beach in the SoFi area. The apart was just fine. It was easy to reach the owner.

This was our first visit to Miami Beach, and we researched a lot of things before committing - plus got really lucky. The location is just a block away from the louder all night action on the strip, but you can feel that noise and commotion slip away as you're walking. It was so nice to stay somewhere quiet. The beach is literally downstairs, and the chair/umbrella passes were really fun. Can't wait to go back!

Top notch location!

Clean, AC works GREAT! Plenty of pillows (may be weird to call out, but I sleep with a lot of pillows and my husband and I easily had 4 each here.) Host was very communicative. The location is awesome. Immediate beach access, and love that it also has a pool (for those that love vacation but not sand/ocean). So close to amazing restaurants. Everything was walkable. No need for cabs or ubers.

The entire stay was outstanding. The host was great as he met us at the front to make sure we got the codes correctly, if we had any questions at the condo, etc. He even sent us a text with restaurant recommendations and where to shop. The access to the beach is super easy and there is someone there to provide umbrella and beach chairs. The pool was great as well. There is enough room for kitchen items with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, and cooking utensils. Plenty of towels for beach, extra pillows for beds, etc. Wifi was fast and TV instructions was easy for Netflix, Roku, Amazon. We will surely use again as the experience and hospitality was excellent all around.

Time together

Everyone from Carmen, property manager, to cleaning person were extremely helpful and pleasant. Can't say enough about the location. There is a great local market a block away with the best local food. The beach and amenities that come with the rental, lounge chairs and umbrella, are perfect. Don't over pack not a lot of room for hanging but they have been creative with the small space. Very clean charming place. Will definitely be back.
