Newly renovated 2 bedroom condo has the best balcony view. U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 the pier, shops, & restaurants. Walk to live music! Master has a King, Queen in guest room, & the living room has sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ furnishings & BUSINESS CLASS WIFI. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated) laundry facilities (coin operated). 4 bikes for additional fee to use. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. CONTACT ME for all listings.

*2pm EST check in: $20
*12pm EST check out: $20
*Usage of 4 Bike during your entire trip: $20
*Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed).

Price Includes per stay:
6 Bath Towels
6 Wash Cloths
1 Roll of Toilet Paper (per bathroom)
6 Starter Coffee Pods

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

Was the perfect getaway! Even better than the pictures, loved the balcony and the water view. Enjoyed watching the ducks, geese, fish and turtles in the pond. The condo was super clean and comfy! Would highly recommend!

This place was nice. In a quiet location. The balcony was relaxing by the water. Had comfortable beds and plenty of space for us.What we loved is the walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Not steps away but a short walk away.

Great place and location!

Stayed here with my family and we had a great time. The condo was the perfect size for our family and we even visited the pool and playground which my kids loved. Very close to the beach, pier and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and highly recommend it.

Perfect for Friends

The size and location of this property was perfect! Having our own bathrooms and bedrooms was a plus. We loved looking off the balcony at the lake and watching the ducks. We walked to the Village to shop and get in some exercise. I will definitely book this property on my next visit to St. Simons.

Great location and comfortable stay

The property was clean and well stocked. Great location, about a 5-10 bicycle ride (bicycles were included with the apartment) to the pier and restaurants. The host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great condo!

My daughter and I stayed at this condo and really enjoyed ourselves. The interior was very clean and the beds were comfy. The owner gave us great info and we were able to get in contact easily. It was very close to the downtown area. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Perfect retreat for best friends getaway.

We loved this property. The beds were very comfortable, the condo was plenty spacious for the two of us and the balcony and its view provided the perfect space for both morning coffee and happy hour. The complimentary bikes were a huge plus for our time on the island. We surely hope to return in the future. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay Great Neighborhood

We absolutely loved our stay! Great communication from the property owner from the beginning. Check in was super easy! The place was amazingly clean. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The 2 pools looked wonderful and clean but it was way too cold to swim. The fitness room and ping pong table kept us busy. The apartment is within walking distance to the pier again too cold to walk or use the bikes provided. Easy to get to anywhere you need to on the island or on Jekyll island as well. We will definitely come back and use the pool and bikes when it's warmer. The lake view was beautiful and relaxing, best view in the neighborhood! We loved feeding the ducks. We loved our stay and you won't be sorry staying here either.

Relaxing stay

This was our first time using VRBO and renting a short term rental. The VRBO process was quite easy and accurate. The community it was in was very family friendly and clean, well maintained. But most important were the communications from the rental owner. Wow, how complete was all the information we obtained. We knew very thing about the unit even down to the location and a video of how to get to the front door. (This unit was in a multi unit complex) The owner was very responsive to any question we had and to a slight issue in the unit. Which was taken care of promptly and with much courtesy. We would not hesitate to rent one of his properties again.

Water View is definitely fitting for this property. Cleanliness was top notch. Well taken care of. Close to pool. Minutes from pier, shopping, restaurants. Great communication with host. Absolutely love St Simons and this property will definitely be at the top of list for future stays.

Great place for the location and money!

We stayed here with me my husband our two children under two and my in laws. The location on the property was excellent it was very close to the playground for the toddler and pool! Very short drive anywhere. You could bike but as we had children we did not do that! The condo was clean and well maintained. The property manager is very communicative and provides excellent detailed information.
