The place was great. Right across the street from the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. This will be my go to when staying on the island. The only downside is that we didn't win the 10,000 prize in the redfish tournament

Had a wonderful stay here! Only downside was that I didn’t realize there was an upstairs apartment and the guests staying there were super loud. Great location and great host!

Can’t beat the location. Beach access is across the street and only a short walk to the lighthouse, pier and village.

Our family loved our stay on Saint Simons Island. The house is perfectly located across the street from the beach and to the pier/village. The house itself is very nice and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Location location location!! We could walk to so many places and right across street from beach! Updates and well decorated condo. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Quiet neighborhood and a great experience

Everything was just as advertised and perfect for our needs. Would stay there over and over again! Only problem, which thankfully was only the last night, was that we could hear every step taken from the family that came in upstairs both very early and late :)

This property is in the perfect location- right across the street is a lovely beach/ easy beach access and a 5 min walk takes you to shops, restaurants, the pier, and the lighthouse. The property is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Melanie was great and super responsive. We will definitely come back!

Weekend Away

The property owner was wonderful to work with and to offer suggestions for our trip. The location was perfect to walk to the beach and to the village area .

Fantastic accommodations

Everything about this property was perfect! It was immaculate, beautifully decorated with every detail considered! This vacation home is also in the perfect location for visiting the beach and Pier Village. We were a bike ride or short walk from almost everything.

Great stay

We LOVED this beautiful property. Beautiful decorated and very clean!! Under 200 steps to the beach. Walking distance to some great restaurants in town. Hope to return again soon!

Perfect Location and Impressive Property

We loved our stay! The property was cleaner than some hotels we have stayed at. We loved the design/decor and comfort of the beds. The location was perfect! So close to the beach and all the fun activities in town are only a 5 minute walk away. We will definitely be back!
