Perfect location! Just a 3 minute walk to the beach and the iconic Neptune Statue! Walk to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues. Just blocks from the new SURF PARK opening summer 2025!

This condo is fully permitted by the City of Virginia Beach and meets/exceeds all safety requirements!

As you open the door you will know that you have all you need for an extraordinary vacation experience! The spacious interior is light and bright! 4 1/2" shutters provide the ideal light control when you want it.

You will truly appreciate the designer furnishings, the modern lighting, deliciously comfortable beds, the Roku Smart TV's (55" in living room, 43" in the Primary Suite and 32" in the secondary bedroom) as well as the convenience of the high speed internet! The primary bedroom overlooks the pool and has a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. (Pool is open 9 am to 9pm Memorial Day Weekend thru September 27th.

The fully stocked, recently remodeled kitchen with new granite countertops, gorgeous backsplash, Stainless appliances and under cabinet lighting.

Harris Teeter's full service grocery store is right across the street, making it quick and easy to pick up anything you need. The iconic Neptune Statue, fabulous restaurants, shops, and attractions are all within close walking distance.

Great place to stay!

Great location walkable to so many great places to eat and shop. Clean and inviting condo that was perfect for our family vacation! We felt at home. Cindy has the perfect decor touch and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook a few meals in. We loved our stay and hope we get to make it back!

A wonderful week

This was the second year in a row we stayed at this property - and for good reason! A nice, clean place, that was family friendly and a short walk to the beach. The owner is responsive and a joy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Just as advertised

We needed a temporary residence as we relocated to Virginia Beach. Our stay was 3 months long. This property was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Great location. Owners very responsive. Overall a comfortable, pleasant stay. We would happily book again.

Unbelievable experience

The property was much nicer than described in the listing. This unit was by far better than any I seen in quite some time. Super cozy and beautifully decorated! Appliances, utilities and everything functioned perfectly! I love this place!

Welcoming & Relaxing

We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo, the updated décor & furniture and ample parking any time of day or night.. Cynthia was very responsive and helpful. Harris Teeter grocery is steps away. It's a short easy walk to the oceanfront. The pool is clean and refreshing.

Location, Location, Location.

Just as described. Great location for getting to places @ VB. About 3 minutes to the beach. Very nice layout of the unit. Nice furnishings. Comfortable bedding. Groceries across the street. My favorite part was the touchpad entry, leave the unit without keys, that was great. We had a very good time during our week stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying @ VB.

What a wonderful week!

Everything about this stay was just wonderful. Great communications with the owner before we got there. She was so accommodating and wanting to help us have a wonderful stay. When we arrived, we had a hand-written note welcoming us and making sure we had a contact number if there were any issues (we didn't have any issues). The condo was spotless, which is incredibly appreciated! We also were given a handy binder of information about the condo and the surrounding area. We would definitely stay there again!!!!

Well Planned Accommodations

We have stayed in many condos in the Playa Rana. Cynthia’s checked all the boxes for a wonderful stay. She offered amenities that weren’t even listed if we would like them. We asked about a Keurig, and she willingly provided one for our stay. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She always responded quickly to any questions we had. We definitely look forward to renting from her again when we are back in Virginia Beach.

Virginia Beach Gem

This meticulously maintained, spotless condo within a short walk of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk exceeded our expectations and met all our needs for an extended stay. The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to even do some holiday baking! The appliances are top notch. And the interior design is lovely, the furniture clean and cozy. Whether you are solo, as I was much of the time, or sharing the space with family and friends, it's a great spot to explore everything the beach has to offer. Don't miss dining at nearby Terrapin and May's Parlor, the best bakery in town located right around the corner. Highly recommended!

If I could give this condo a 10 star rating I would. First, Cynthia was outstanding and communicated with me on any questions I had. She was super helpful with tips for Virginia Beach, as this was our first time. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We even were welcomed with some treats when we arrived. The location was absolutely perfect. A 2 minute walk to to the beach and right across from the street from a grocery store, which was perfect fir my family. It’s super quiet there which was a huge bonus because the boardwalk can be loud so being a couple blocks off the main strip was great. Can’t say enough about this place and Cynthia. We will definitely be back and staying there again.

Sea Glass Dream truly a Dream

The property overall was clean, safe, and quiet. It was so close to everything we needed that we rarely used our car. Since there were just 2 of us, we had our own bath and bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items to cook and eat in the unit even though we ate out every night. There was a grocery store a half block away. What more could you want!!! Oh, even though it was too cold to swim ,we were still able to sit by the pool to read and catch some rays.

Friends vacation.

Condo is immaculate! Very clean and beautiful. Owner goes out of her way to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need! Pool area needs to be cleaned more often as there were empty water bottles and other things that made it look unclean. Also, didn’t like people coming there to use the pool that weren’t staying at the condos. Not sure about that policy. Overall, nice location in proximity of things to do and a grocery store.

Perfect Stay!

We're very picky about the places we stay in for our vacations and I can honestly say this is the best rental we've ever stayed in! First, the location of the condo is great. Just a short walk to the beach, several restaurants and shops, and across the street from a grocery store. And when you get tired of the local activities, there is a nice relaxing pool at the condo! Next, condo itself is well setup and stocked for the renters. It included linens and towels, small soaps and shampoos, kitchen appliances and cookware, toiletries, etc. Even small toys and games for our kids to play with! Cynthia was able to provide us with a beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs, which made thing so convenient. Did I mention this was the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in? Very impressed. We also appreciated the easy check-in/check-out process. Thanks to Cynthia for making the experience so positive!

Beautiful Home

My husband and I along with our two boys age 8 and 2 had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. Cynthia really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Upon arrival she had a very thoughtful gift waiting for us. The condo is extremely clean, the beds are comfy, and plenty of extra towels/toiletries were provided. We were very happy that Cynthia provided a beach wagon along with sand toys and brand new beach towels. The beach was a short easy walk and we enjoyed spending time walking the boardwalk. Plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and a grocery store all within walking distance. If you’re looking for a wonderful little breakfast/lunch spot we highly recommend Mays! Wonderful pastries, sandwiches and my favorite was the Mint Lemonade! We can not say enough about this beautiful condo! We are already talking about booking for next year!

Dream Vacation

After a year of not traveling due to the pandemic, our family needed a refreshing break which we found at the Sea Glass Dream. I was first captivated by the vibrant colors, layout, and warmness that I felt when viewing the pictures. Afterward each contact with the owner, Cynthia, had be ready for vacation several months ahead of schedule. Then when we arrived...WOW...it was much more than we expected. We were met at the front door with the fresh, clean scent that was inviting to all of the senses. The location was perfect and in walking distance to everything: dining, beach, brewery, and fun spots for our teen sons. The pool was always a great option when we didn't want to travel to the beach. I could go on and on and would definitely recommend that if you are looking for a great vacation, with wonderful hospitality and cleanliness venture to A Sea Glass Dream Vacation!!!

Book it!

You won’t be disappointed. I’ve been renting condos almost every year for the past 20 years. This unit is unbelievable and was my favorite. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived and we’ll stocked with basics like dish soap, laundry soap pods, disposable razors, sample bottles of shampoo and lotion. Cynthia the owner goes above and beyond with the little details supplying this unit. The chilled bottle of wine and box of cupcakes waiting for our arrival was a surprise and hit the spot after a long drive. Thanks again it made us smile on our arrival. There is a grocery store literally behind the condo you can walk to. The beach and boardwalk is a couple blocks away for a short walk to the sand and restaurants. Thanks again and I look forward to our next trip to Virginia Beach.

I am so happy to have the opportunity to now live here and share with you my beautiful beach condo! As a mom of 3 grown children and grandmother of 4, I know how important it is for you and your family to have a clean, safe, and fun environment for your vacation experience. I love hosting and work very hard to provide a five star experience for every one of my guests.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The condo building is in an ideal location in the heart of the resort area. It is within walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and attractions. I like that the building is secure with a key lock entry and is right across the street from Harris Teeter grocery store. The parking lot is well lit and there are security cameras on the exterior of the building as well as the interior common hallways. It is a fun, family oriented community and no parties or events are allowed.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

A Sea Glass Dream has been fully renovated and no expense was spared with the modern interior design, decor and furnishings. It is an end unit on the southeast side of the building so there is more privacy and a lot of light! It is no problem tho, if you want to sleep in late because the windows have 4 1/2" shutters so you can have as much or as little light as you wish.

You will also not find a cleaner condo! The brand new HVAC system is equipped with an air purifier so it is great for allergy sufferers. I use the newest Dyson Detect vacuum that even filters out bacteria and viruses. Everything is cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards. Unlike most vacation rentals, ALL linens, including bedspreads and bath rugs are freshly laundered. I even iron the sheets! The condo is prepared by me for your stay as if you were my own family. My guests have loved every minute of their vacation in A Sea Glass Dream. I know you and your family will also!
