Gorgeous home with lots of space. Beautifully landscaped back yard.

Lovely and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath home with third bedroom located in the office. Lots of mature landscaping. Great backyard for relaxing and BBQ. Hot tub right outside the Master Bedroom for that romantic star gazing moment. Located near many great attractions such as, Whiskey Row 7 miles away, Grand Canyon 2 hrs. away. Many great hiking spots and vineyards in the area. This home has beautiful landscaping front and back yards, if you are looking to rent days that are blocked, please message owner with request as this home is owner occupied when not rented. I have a tiny home located on the side of the house that has a completely separate entrance and separate from the main house. Please do not park in front of the gate located near the garage. This home has no garage access, Plenty of parking. Front porch has doorbell camera and additional camera for driveway and walkway monitoring.

The house was very large and comfortable. Very close to the places we needed to visit. Host was super friendly and helpful. Yard was extremely well maintained.

The VRBO felt just Ike that a HOME. Had all the amenities mentioned and more. Back yard beautiful and so cozy. Neighbors quiet and no street noise. Definitely on my stay again list.

Wow! This house and host are exceptional. Beautiful landscaping with several options for seating and relaxation. Kitchen was fully overstocked with anything you need for cooking, eating & drinking. Both bedrooms had very comfortable king beds. Our old doggie tagged along and was most comfortable too.The host, Donna, was most helpful and gracious.We highly recommend this rental and hope to be back.

Donna was responsive and her home was lovely. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. We did use the hot tub and enjoyed the back yard. Easy to get in and out. Will be back.

Great home to stay for a few nights. Only thing was an issue with the hot tub not getting hot. Yost was able to assist and help fix the problem.

Great Cozy Place to Stay

The owner thought of everything when she offered this place. it has a beautiful backyard and pet friendly. The house is very comfortable. It was a great find!

The dogs had a wonderful time of using the backyard to play. The little touches around the house were so welcoming. Loved all of the plants - both inside and outside. The neighborhood was so quiet! Will definitely stay there again when coming to Prescott Valley.

Worth Returning - A Home Away from Home

The house was extremely comfortable and the yard was amazing. It was close to everything. The neighborhood was very quiet and it felt like a home away from home.

Beautiful home inside and out. Visiting our daughter and needed a place close to her home. Comfortable, close and big enough for a family dinner. Definitely would or will stay there again. Donna is a very caring host!

Excellent rental

A beautiful rental that we could tell has been given a lot of love and care. From the large front porch with a large tree and bushes that help with privacy to the backyard rose bushes, lavender and grapevines, it was the complete package for relaxing.

Wonderful Vacation

This home was beautiful and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay as did our senior dog, she loves sun bathing on the deck in the backyard! This home and location was above our expectations! We will be back in Arizona next year and plan on re booking this property! Thank you Donna!

Owner was great to deal with and very communicative.Comfortable place to hang. The only thing that was a challenge for us was there's no shaker for making our martinis, but we McGivered something. Haha. Seriously, great place would rent again.

Everything you could want and more comes with this rental. Open living area with kitchen and dining room right there. Two conversation areas outside to relax, a fire pit and hot tub to relax in the evening.

Worth Renting Again

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable beds. Easy to prepare meals because kitchen had everything we needed. We and our two dogs love the fenced in backyard. We ate our meals at the patio table, enjoyed sitting on the super comfortable furniture on the deck while watching our dogs run around. The owner was very accommodating to our needs. One of the easiest rentals to check in and out of. We would recommend this place to our friends.

Nice Birthday stay in Prescott Valley

It was my wife’s 65th birthday and wanted to beat the heat in Phoenix and head to the Prescott area. House was nice and as advertised. We had our Frenchie pups and this house’s back yard was perfect for them. It was well appointed and well maintained for its age (90’s). It’s a10 mile drive to Prescott but there is a back road which avoids the main hi-way. We’ll definitely stay there again.
