Top Floor Penthouse Condo on the Beach with Awesome Ocean View

This top floor condo offers a ocean front balcony giving you great sunrises. It also offers a bay side patio that's high enough to see over the island and watch breath taking sunsets.

Because it's a penthouse if offers special features. With vaulted ceilings in the master and living room leading to a 16 foot tall ocean view wall. It offers a sense of peace and quiet with no guests staying above you. Feel free to check out the Virtual Tour:

Suntide II has two elevators to quickly get you to the top floor without the inconvenience of using stairs.

This penthouse has three flat screen TV's. The living room has a 55 INCH TV with a DVD player. The master bedroom has a 40 INCH TV with a DVD/VCR player and the guest bedroom has a 32 INCH TV with a DVD player. We offer you a LARGE LIBRARY of DVD's. These are supplied FREE for your enjoyment. If the weather isn't cooperating during your stay, this condo is designed for your entertainment. WIFI wireless internet access is also supplied for your convenience.

It has a full kitchen with new fridge, stove, cabinets and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

Sleeping accommodations for six. A King size bed in the master bedroom, one twin bed and one queen size bed in the quest bedroom. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

The view of the ocean was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was very clean, the kitchen had all the cookware needed for a home meal, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and pillows. The check in process was seamless and communication with the host could not have been better. This is definitely a place I would take my family back to!!

Every morning was spent watching the sunrise, and each an every sunrise was more beautiful than the one before. The condo was clean and comfortable, and I would highly recommend this VRBO! LOVED IT!

On the beach

The property was very clean with nice additions. Listening to the waves roll in made our stay so relaxing. Terry was very accommodating and had helpful suggestions with places to eat.

My husband and I enjoyed the condo immensely. Perfect view of the ocean, and close to everything, including super easy access to the beach. Love this place! Cant wait to come back sometime!

Lovely Location

We so enjoyed the fifth floor deck... just watching the waves and the beach activity. Nice comfortable condo. Had all the essentials. The pool and hot tub area was nice also. Unit was very convenient for everything on the island.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was amazing! Great view of ocean and perfect location alongside the beach. There was great communication with the owner/manager when it came to an AC issue and was handled in a quick professional manner! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable beach getaway!

Spring Break Getaway

My wife, daughter, and I decided to do a short getaway for spring break this year and picked South Padre Island as our destination. Our stay here was great! Right on the beach, fun things to do around town, and some nice restaurants nearby. First time doing a VBRO and was very happy with the experience! Hope all future experiences are similar to this!

Great Location & Ocean View

There was 4 of us staying here. We had a great time. Communication with Terry was great and responded quickly. The view was beautiful. We got some really nice sunset and sunrise pictures over the ocean from our balcony. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. We had everything we needed. The pool was great with warm water not freezing cold. The beach was awesome and clean. It was nice you could rent chairs and umbrellas. Was another great vacation.

Beautiful property. We enjoyed the views and sitting out on the balcony watching the sun come up. The pool and hot tub were nicely heated and never very busy. The condo has everything you need and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was a wonderful place with heated pool and hot tub. The codo was very clean, the ac worked great and the view was spectacular! We could rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach, and it was very convenient to all the wonderful restaurants and shops nearby. We left behind something very important and the host Terry was kind enough to mail it back to us right away. We highly recommend the Suntide II penthouse condo on the beach!

Great spot and even better host!

We made this booking almost a year in advance after visiting SPI for a work trip. Terry was very accommodating when I had to change our trip duration due to my work schedule. Further, he responded quick to my texts during our stay and we were left not wanting for anything. This property is in an amazing location right on the beach, and is within walking distance of several places to eat, drink, and shop. t was nice to sit on the porch and watch the kids play on the beach. We will be booking this exact location again in the future for our family of two adults and three teenagers.

We have two grown children who also travelled with us to the island for many years. Our daughter enjoyed the area so much that after she got married she moved to the area. I enjoy bike riding on the 30 miles of unspoiled beach.

We purchased a condo on South Padre Island, because we absolutely love the Island. In Texas, the beaches are protected public property. Hotels can't fence off entrance to the beach. You can walk or bike ride 30 miles without any fences or private property.
