Place was just as it was listened . Very clean. Quiet. Pool area was nice. Ocean view was wonderful! Management was very responsive to questions. My only complaints were no beach chairs and room wasn’t ready right at 4. Had to wait 15 minutes for cleaning staff to finish. No big deal but frustrating after a long drive.

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, pool, and beautiful ocean view, and that our team was helpful. Just a quick note that we had shared prior to arrival that beach chairs aren’t provided and recommended using the beach gear credit. We also apologize for the brief check-in delay, we understand that can be frustrating after a long drive. We’d love to host you again! -The Vacation Company

Great unit

This unit was perfect for our party of 7. Loved the 3 bedrooms and 3 bath set up. It had a great ocean views from the balcony and master bedroom. A minute to the pool and another to the beach. Loved the neighborhood too. Would definitely recommend this place!

Codes were confusing - received 2 different door codes. Never received code for beach access code. Unit was nice - but recommend replacing some beds/mattresses…especially the double bed in back bedroom by laundry room.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any confusion regarding the door codes. Because the property was ready before the standard 4 PM check-in time, we sent an updated code to allow you early access, as the original code does not activate until 4 PM. The beach access code, along with other helpful property information, is available in Guest Connect. Please do not hesitate to reach out next time so we can clarify anything for you! We also appreciate your comments regarding the mattresses and will share them with the owner as we continue working to improve the guest experience. We're glad you enjoyed the unit overall and hope to host you again. -The Vacation Company

Nice condo but no Wi-Fi

This is a very nice condo in a nice complex at Palmetto Dunes. Trees block a lot of the ocean view, but you can still see some of the ocean. Very convenient for botht he ocean and the pool, and easy access and parking. Our only issue was the Wi-Fi and, therefore, the TV, did not work at all during our stay. Very disappointed in that. It was a known problem that I don't know why they don't fix. Other than that, the place is very nice.
