4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath home in popular cove for swimming and coving. 2 Slip Dock available for your boat, one slip with 12k lb. lift. Dock also features 2 platforms for wave runners (wave runners not provided), Tandem Paddle Kayak, 2 Stand up Paddle Boards, and Water Mats ideal for a family rental. Home has been recently updated featuring 2 Primary Suites (one on each level), a Queen bedroom and a Bunk room for kids. Enjoy a pool table, ping pong table and bags for entertainment.

Amazing stay

A+ property and A+ owners. Dawn is so nice and accommodating and we enjoyed the amazing house in a quiet cove for the second year in a row. This is quite literally the only place we will stay when we go to the lake as I can’t imagine finding a better property that meets all of our needs.

Family vacation

The house is wonderful just like it is every year. This is a wonderful place to stay and the host is very kind and everything is there that you need. Highly recommended!!

The Porto Cima Experience

Our family and friends have joined us at this property many times. It's our "Happy Go to Place" on Lake of the Ozarks. Beautifully decorated, and well furnished. We'll be back for another stay the end of July.

Our favorite place on the lake.

This is a special place for my wife, family, and friends. We always hate to leave. We look for opportunities to to come back as soon we can. The place is decorated beautifully, spotlessly clean, and the dock is a great place to relax and spend time near the water.

Very Organized

This home was wonderful. Clean, organized and fully equipped with anything you could need. It had laundry detergent, trash bags, ziplock bags, oil and spices, ground coffee and single serving coffees, beach towels, kyaks, lily pad and floaties. The owners were wonderful as well with great communication and a great goodie bag as well. The cove is very protected and calm and the neighborhood is great for walking. It's also close to everything we needed from a grocery store, marina and gas station to restaurants.

Relaxed and Refreshed

We can't say enough good things about this place. It exceeded all of our groups (6) expectations. Exceptionally clean, well maintained, and thought out. The dock facility was laid out perfectly. We definately want to stay here again.

Absolutely amazing!!!

Exceptional property; beautifully decorated, ideal layout for extended family gathering. All of the amenities you could possibly need. Location was within 10 minutes of grocery stores. Property owner was fabulous to work with, very responsive in a timely manner, answered all of our questions and was incredibly accommodating. Plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained.

Perfect house and amenities

We had an excellent week on the lake and enjoyed all of the amenities offered with the house. The dock, paddle boards, kayak, cornhole, and ping pong table were all utilized. We even enjoyed a few of the games and puzzles in the cabinet. The kitchen was stocked with some pantry supplies, so be sure to check out what is there prior to making your grocery run. Would definitely stay here again!

We’ve been going down to LOTO for over 20 years, so we’ve rented many properties for our family. As our boys have grown, our needs changed in the type of accommodations we look for. To say that Larry and Dawn’s property checked off every one of those would be an understatement! We will be returning for next vacation!

Beautiful Home with a Great Dock!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! Great amenities and we felt right at home. Our 3 boys- ages 16,19 and 21 loved fishing off the dock, the paddle boards, kayaking and the lily pads. The stereo on the dock was great and easy to connect our Bluetooth to. It was also nice the dock had a fan we could use on the hot days. Perfect location!! Close to grocery stores and watercraft rentals. We would highly recommend this property!! We hope to visit again next summer! Thank you Dawn and Gary for letting us stay at your wonderful home!

Exceptional

I did my due diligence when searching for a rental and read the previous reviews. I have to admit, I was skeptical that it could deliver on the expectations established by the reviews. That skepticism was quickly put to bed. This property was amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for that ‘next level’ lake vacation.
