Situated in the heart of Park City, this charming mountain home is just as lovely as its surrounding views. With its ideal location by the slopes, this home ensures that your crew has the best of Park City at your fingertips. The spacious yet cozy interiors are perfect for unwinding (or turning up) in style, and the many balconies and decks are ideal for taking in the stunning sunsets. After a day of outdoor activity, relax in the hot tub with a cocktail (or maybe a shotski) and curl up beside the fire in the den. This home is everything you could need and more for your next Park City getaway.

Nearby Attractions: Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Ski Resort, Park City Mainstreet Historic District, Guardsman Pass Scenic Backway (Hiking), High West Distillery & Saloon, Riverhouse Provisions (American), Butcher’s Chophouse and Bar (upscale American).

Park City, Utah’s most famous ski town, offers big adventures within a small, charming community. Winter sports enthusiasts flock here for great powder, while the The Sundance Film Festival in January attracts industry names and fans of indie cinema. What sets Park City apart from other ski towns are summers that are just as special as winter peak season. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

A+, Excellent Property in Great Location!
Excellent property with perfect location. Ski-in/Ski-out with easy walk to Main Street. House was great for 7 adults and 2 kids. What a view! Pros - clean, good beds, good communication, well supplied kitchen, excellent gas fireplace, easy to use door locks, good parking for 2 vehicles. Areas for improvement - some glasses were dirty in the cabinet, no storage in 3rd floor bathroom, some hot tub jets did not work, kitchen trash can too small, dryer did not get hot. Overall - loved the place and will stay there again. Highly recommended for skiers!

Clean, awesome location
This house was perfect for our family of four! Clean, good beds, gas fireplace, gas stove, French doors that allow fresh air to come in, plenty of towels, hot showers, jacuzzi tub is a must after day of skiing, there’s a garage for the car and best of all stairs right outside the door to walk to Main Street! This house gave me a retro feel and nostalgic for my grandparents home in WI while I was growing up. I loved this home and my family loved staying here. We would stay here again.

2nd trip to PC this year. Been coming since 1994 and this property was one of the best locations we have had. Property a little worn and had electrical issues but would definitely recommend
