We had a wonderful stay at The Knob - beautiful cabin, amazing views, unbelievable star gazing in the hot tub! Such a relaxing retreat. The home was close to town and many fun adventures, too. Highly recommend for beauty, peace and relaxation!

The only criticism I would give is maybe some better signage showing where the house is located other than that it was a great place to stay while visiting Asheville.

The Knob is a very nice little cabin perched up on a hill near Ashville. The property just like it looks in the photos. The deck is a great place to have coffee in the morning and and a relaxing soak in the hot tub in the evening. The cabin is close to all the fun things to do in Ashville. The only thing I would note is that you should arrive in the light, the road up to the cabin is a bit of an adventure! Overall a great stay!

This cabin was perfect for our three-day getaway with four adults and two young kids. We were only about 15–20 minutes from the Biltmore and downtown Asheville, which made it really convenient for everything we wanted to do.The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and dinners, and my daughter especially loved the loft with all the board games and toys.The home is surrounded by trees, so it feels wonderfully secluded and peaceful, with glimpses of the mountains through the trees. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing a bear meandering up the road one morning!The cabin was clean, comfortable, and just right for what we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Overall a nice stay, we enjoyed our time at the Knob! We were expecting a view of the mountains from the porch but during the summer with leaves on the trees around the house you cannot see the mountains. We ended up watching the sunset elsewhere. Besides that, great stay!

Clean, large cabin big enough for 6 people. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful views and massive deck with a great hot tub. Plenty of wildlife spotted including a few bears. Easy drive to Asheville and Black Mountain. We will be back.

We enjoyed staying at The Knob. Directions to the property needs adjustment. ie. In the directions it is more than 350’ to the cabin once you turn into the gate. Should be a marker at the gate stating “this way to the knob” or something apropos. Should state it’s better to arrive before dark.

That long driveway can definitely be tricky in low light, and we appreciate you pointing out the need for better signage at the gate. We'll work on adding clearer markers and updating our arrival instructions to recommend arriving before dusk, especially during shorter daylight months.
