One Bedroom and one bath condo only one block from beautiful Gulf beach. Full kitchen, dining area and screened lanai overlooking the pool. Small condo complex with outdoor grill. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants, pubs and FREE trolley. Just leave your car in the enclosed parking. Pullout queen sofa sleeps additional two adults.

Great location

The Condo is near beach, restaurants & shops! Which is so nice! However, the lanai was very dirty. Lots of grass pieces stuck in the screens— the floor, windows & Furniture were very dirty. We tried to use the vacuum but it didn’t work. The garbage disposal did not work the entire time. Peggy, the owner, was very nice & communicated well but it seems she is unaware of these concerns

Súper bien”

Todo muy limpio..muy lindo..está muy bueno el apartamento en todos los sentidos solo encontré que no está lo suficientemente frío..y cuando llegas después de estar en la playa o en la piscina ..necesitas estar en un lugar frío..solo eso pero todo muy bien!

This was our second stay at the property

The property was very nice. We had an issue in the beginning when someone was parked in our parking spot. Peggy took care of that right away for us, and things were good the rest of the week I bought a anchor for the umbrella which we used on the beach and I wanted to donate that to the property so the next person will have it to use.

Great location to beach and bars/restaurants

All good. Saw some reviews about rusty chairs on patio and no sheets supplies. Patio furniture was good, looked new. Plenty of sheets and supplies.. Everything is walking distance. lots of cart shuttles and trolley if needed. Keep in kind, Condo has 3 flights of stairs, no elevator. So we got our exercise.

This accommodation is nice. The unit is part of a small complex. Even though located one block off the main Gulf Drive, it was very quiet. It had everything you should need. We didn't cook so I can't comment about the cooking equipment. The laundry was great to have. There are some things that need attention: burnt out bulbs, watered down hand soap, and a screen door where the screen is pushed out. My only wish is that it would have been on a lower floor. Since there is no elevator, my 70 husband, who has bad knees, really struggled going up that second set of stairs to what I call the third floor.

Just as described

Older place but great location and had everything needed. It is on second floor so there are stairs.Nice pool but only a few lounge chairs. Love that it has a covered parking spot underneath!! Can walk to all the shops and beach. Good communication w property.

Great location - subpar unit

Location is excellent-2 min walk to bridge st and the beach. Pool is well kept and clean with plenty of seating. Quiet and safe feeling complex. Unfortunately the unit itself was disappointing and extremely outdated in many ways. The listing said beach towels were provided - they were missing. Beach chairs that were present were so rusty they didn’t open. When I contacted the owner about these issues her reply was I should go to Publix and buy new ones as previous guests must have stolen hers and left rusty chairs in their place. She never addressed the missing towels. Poor communication and customer service. Also the towels and sheets that were present looked to be 20+ years old. The bed was made with only a sheet- no blankets, comforter or quilt. The “face towels” provided in the bathroom were actually kitchen dish towels. MANY scuffs, dings, peeling paint areas- bathroom door was peeling from the bottom up. The popcorn paint on the ceiling had areas where there has obviously been water damage that they tried to repair. There were also many pieces of dust an inch long hanging from the ceiling- I had to dust the bedroom ceiling so I could sleep without them waving in the breeze. The lights in the laundry room didn’t work- half of kitchen lights didn’t either. AC kept the place nice and cool but it is loud!! I will say I did not mention any of these subsequent issues to the owner after her less than helpful reply to me regarding the beach chairs/towels.

Location Location Location

Perfect location for a beach vacation, close proximity to trolly and beach. However there are definite improvements that could be done to the property, bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. No extras, only one roll of toilet paper. Found dirty sheet on fold out couch bed. the location outweighs the negatives.

Bradenton Beach Get away

We enjoyed out trip to Bradenton Beach and our stay at this condo. For the price you can not beat the location. One block from beach with miles and miles of uninterrupted beach to to walk. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the Beach House restaurant and Oma's both right at the end of the street. Host was easy to get a hold of and provided perfect check in and check out instructions. The condo had all of the basics needed for cooking etc. Would definitely return....

Wonderful location-walking distance to beach, sound restaurants, and shops. Quiet, private condo complex with nice pool. Unit needs some TLC, new bedding including mattresses.

Anniversary

Overall, the stay was pleasant. Location is great, the property itself is nice. A plus was the heated pool. The condo is as described and was okay. Could use a good cleaning in parts and fresh paint. The porch table and chairs were so dusty, dirty did not want to use them. The toilet would run nonstop without manually correcting it most of the time. Plenty of fresh towels and sheets.

Kleines, nettes Apartment, leider nicht sauber und renovierungsbedürftig.

Die ganze Anlage ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt ein update. Das Apartment war zwar nett, aber doch recht unsauber. Im Sofa waren Krümmel und Chips Reste. Auf dem Kühlschrank und anderen Ablagen war dick Staub. Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht. Die Strandstühle waren defekt und verrostet. Das Badezimmer ist absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Von daher ist der Preis meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt! Wir haben schon in wesentlich moderneren Wohnungen auf AMI gewohnt die sogar preiswerter waren.

The AC ran 24/7. Temps were in the upper 90’s but at 79 degrees it should have turned off. The ceiling was coming down in multiple places. The recliner had a crappy cover on it be cause it had holes. The beach chairs were old and broken. No umbrella. Cooler was styrofoam and had no handle. The

A little bit of old Florida

This is a great place if you want to experience what Florida used to be. Lots of local spots, restaurants and bars to enjoy. The free trolley will take you all around the island. The beach is a block away and the heart of the town is right around the corner. The condo is a little dated and could use a few repairs, but the location is ideal. Definitely try the Italian restaurant on the corner.
