The property was just as advertised. Very comfortable, clean and convenient to the beach. The host was great to work with and we had no issues except one of the elevators on our side was out of order. Will definitely stay again.

Condo overall is nice and located across from a public access beach. It has all the amenities. It was clean and was kept nicely. Upon check in we parked by third entrance as directed to parking area by the elevator. The elevator was out of ordered and we gad to haul our stuff up two flights of steps. This needs to be alerted before check in Workers said it would be several weeks before being done. I would definitely book again. Will responded quickly and even his wife answered a question for us about the tv. Thank u for a relaxing few days!

This was our second stay at this condo and we will absolutely be renting from Will again in the future! The condo was clean and as described. We love that the beach and restaurants are all within walking distance and that there are two clean pools on property. Still one of our favorite places!

It was a great place to stay very clean and quiet !! Will always got right back to me if I had any questions. The beach was right across the street, Definitely will stay here again if we come to this area next year!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well kept. We really appreciated how quiet it was. It had everything we could ask for, including close walk to a private beach and pool. We were within walking distance to many restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

The landlord was great! super location and beautiful beach at the Tortuga Inn.I gave the landlord feedback on a few items for his cleaning and maintenance crew to address. Nothing big and he said he would take care of it. But all in all, great location and a nice condo unit.

Great location just steps to the beach. The condo is beautiful and clean. Ample parking was available. The owner was great and easy to communicate with.

We had a great trip to Anna Maria, and this condo was a great place to call home for a few days. The condo is exactly as described. It is a great location and walking across the street to the beach for great sunrises and sunsets is so easy! We would stay again at this location!

Very clean and convenient location. Beach is right across the street and there are plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. Walking distance to Food and beverages. It’s also just a short drive to Sarasota’s St Armand’s Circle which has plenty of shopping for the ladies and a variety of eating and drinking establishments. We enjoyed our stay very much. As for the condo itself, bring coffee or Kcups and also laundry detergent. It was very quiet, clean and the air conditioning was a welcome environment after a day at the beach.
