**Please note that building maintenance and sealant repairs will take place at Beach Colony West from Aug. 10, 2026, through Dec. 15, 2026. Swing stages and construction crews will be present during this time. Work will begin on the west side of the building, away from the balconies and pool area, to help minimize disruption to guests. Crews may periodically pass by windows as work progresses.

Enjoy unobscured sunrises and sunsets, and on a clear day, you can see all the way to Pensacola Beach. Beach Colony West 15B is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation rental providing ample space for six people.

The master bedroom suite serves up incredible beach views and also features an adjoining bathroom with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower with dual showerheads. A grand, 70-inch flat-screen TV can be found in the living room. It\'s the perfect place to hang out and take in the stunning scenery. Watch sunlight dance on the gulf waters while you create delicious meals in the full kitchen found in this Beach Colony Resort condo. The kitchen is decorated with stunning granite countertops and comes with stainless steel appliances, a "touch" sink faucet fixture, and even a wine cooler. Then, once your meals have been prepared, gather around the table in the dining area or kick back on your private, covered balcony and dine with your loved ones. Additionally, enjoy the comforts of home including free WiFi and a washer and dryer in your accommodations.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful! It was wonderfully decorated. The beds were comfortable, pillows soft and every detail was thought of. This was our favorite condo!

Wonderful

I am so blessed. The Condo was amazing, comfortable and had everything we needed. The balcony was my favorite place. Stunning views of shoreline. With all of the security codes, we felt extremely safe. Hope to stay with you again.

A nice place, but needs some work

Overall, we enjoyed our vacation, but there were some issues. First of all, the beds are horrible. The mattresses are probably 5 years pas needing to be replaced. I don't believe I've slept on a worse bed. The living room furniture is also tired. The two white fabric chairs were so stained, we were hesitant to sit on them. The cleaning staff hits the "low hanging fruit", but it looked like they had never cleaned under the beds or on edges of surfaces, such as the tops of the bathroom backsplashes. Don't even look at the underside of the kitchen faucet - it's scary. The common areas were OK, but the property is in need of a good overhaul. Other than that, the view was amazing, the AC worked flawlessly, as did TVs and wifi. We really liked the location as it's a bit less "busy" than the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores areas. The unit was well-stocked with kitchen utensils and dinnerware, and we even found plenty of books and DVDs for entertainment. We probably would not return to this unit as we'd like something with a bit more luxury and better maintenance.
