Our stay at Windmere condos was everything we expected and MORE! Great Host and the condo was loaded with all the extras needed! View from the 14rh floor was amazing! Cannot say enough about our stay, it was amazing! Thank you Leeann for making our girls trip 2026 the best!

We’ve stayed many times in Perdido Key and this condo is by far our preferred place to stay. Always clean, easy to book, and well maintained. The owners make the process so easy, vacation begins the moment you arrive!

We had an outstanding time at this particular condo. This is the fourth time we’ve stayed at the Windemere and this was by far the best unit. The owners had everything we needed already in the room. The only caveat to our stay, besides the less than desirable weather, were a few people in other rooms that chose to smoke marijuana on the balcony, which you could smell. Other than that, we had amazing time.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was great and the garage parking spot was primo. The master bath was spacious, and everything was very clean and user friendly. The master mattress left my spouse's back a bit achy, but it was fine for me. Lovely place, lovely beach. Very accommodating. Hope to return.

This was the one of best rentals we have ever stayed in. The location was great, the gulf views were beautiful, the condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach toys, kids games and books, etc. Communication was almost instant and very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family vacation. We will be back for sure!

Goes down as my favorite trip to date. Have always stayed at Windmere, but this experience topped all other stays. Will definitely seek out this specific property for the next trip.

I cannot say enough about the room, Leeann, & our visit this time. Ive stayed in 5 condos here & never the same twice...i will be back to book this room! I appreciate the owner being down the same time & helping reset the wifi for us ok HER vacation visiting w/ us afterward. Shes the best & LOVE everything about the room especially the dehumidifier helping keeping the continuing air running at bay. Fabulous mattresses, simple decor(less clutter), and an amazing view!

Thanks for a great stay. So many special touches provided made us feel very welcomed. . The indoor parking spot is a little tight, but larger vehicles can park outside. The beach is beautiful and there are very good local restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Fisherman’s Corner. Hope we can return again.

Beautiful condo with amazing views, comfy beds, pretty decor in terrific condition, clean, and extremely well equipped. Quiet, and in such a good location. Not surrounded by tourist traps - just beautiful beaches and lovely sunsets. We hope to return.
