Great location. Property manager was very helpful with local recommendations.

My kids and I had an amazing stay. Neighbor / property manager was extremely helpful. Beautiful views and close to everything.

Spent the week there for vacation and had a great time. With all the equipment they have available for you. The options for fun are limitless. Waking up and having a cup of coffee on the dock with a view of the ocean is the perfect way to start you day. The property manager was a great dude. The owners are great people. All in all 10 out of 10 experience. Would definitely rent agian if we come back down

We stayed for a week in March, the place was immaculate and perfect for the two of us. It was well stocked with the essentials. The dock was great for our small boat with quick access to either the ocean or Gulf waters. The beaches were a quick drive away. Close access to several restaurants. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions we had regarding the property, things in the area, etc. If we are in the Marathon area in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Such a great spot! It was just a short walk away from a few places to eat, great Cuban Coffee, and on the water! Can’t wait to come back!

The house was just what we were looking for. It was clean, right on the canal. within walking distance of restaurants and cute shops, wifi was good. The property manager lives next door, he met us when we checked in and was nice to talk to.

Nice home, great location on canal with nearby ocean access

The home was just as pictured on vrbo, convenient location on the canal just a few hundred yards from the ocean. The home was clean and well appointed, close to restaurants and stores. Parking right in front of the house was very convenient. Maximum number of people I would recommend would be only 3 or 4, it's a nice home, but not overly large. We had a blast fishing off the dock right behind the house - we caught snapper, barracuda, and almost had an eel. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Part of the dock was missing from Hurricane Irma, but it ended up being advantageous because we used the kayaks that were at the house, and it was easier to put the kayaks in the water and get into them in the area where part of the dock was missing. The owner sent a list of things to do and places to eat which was helpful - we loved eating at Frank's Italian Restaurant and going to the Turtle Hospital for a tour.

Beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly as stated. We wanted to stay next February but it is booked. Kris and Naja were wonderful hosts! We were sorry to see our time end

Better suited for a fisherman

House was a little disappointing considering the price. Owners were very kind and communicated well with us. Some of the furniture may be new but the sofa and the bed?? Dock was not finished. The view was beautiful! May be ok for a few guys fishing but not a couple.

Great stay at Little Venice Marathon

Location was perfect, clean , quiet so peaceful great having our boat right there close for my dad he is 90 . AC nice and cold easy check was a plus. Thank you!

Quite water front cottage

Clean quite confortable small cottage tucked away in Marathon very close to shopping,fishing,boating and state parks.
