Ocean Side Canal Half Duplex, 37' Dock, 600' To Channel With Pool

This half duplex is located on the ocean side of the Keys with a private 37' dock space. Three lots away from the ocean- 600 feet to marked, deep cut channel so you will be in deep water fishing in no time.16' X 10' Above Ground Pool. Two tandem kayaks and two bicycles on site. Clean your catch on the fish cleaning table. Impact windows and doors. New air conditioners. Microwave, glass-top range, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, and most importantly a Ninja blender to make those frozen drinks! Barbecue to cook your fresh or to cook up anything you'd like. Enjoy the ocean breeze and views from the dock. Cable and Netflix included. There is plenty of parking for your boat, trailer, and vehicles.

Less than 4 miles to Sombrero Beach. The beach has picnic pavilions, a children’s playground, volleyball court, restrooms, and showers. The sandy strip is perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling and fishing in the shallow water.

Close to Publix and Winn-Dixie(groceries), great restaurants, and all the conveniences.

Wonderful host, great location, nice property. The pool was a nice bonus and we liked the short idle zone. Boat dockage was perfect. Highly recommend for the price.

Everything here was perfect for us. We stayed for a full week. The washer and dryer and the pool were fantastic. We loved being able to keep the boat trailer on property. The decor was adorable, and the bed was super comfy! Nice short trip out out to the ocean, caught fish which was the whole point! Too hot for the fire pit, but there was wood here and would’ve been nice in the cooler months. Outside lighting, fan, and seating was great! Highly recommend, can’t wait to come back!

This property was perfect for our stay! Clean, looks newly remodled. Had everything we needed to make our stay a fantastic experience! We brought our boat and were able to keep the trailer in the front of the unit and keep the boat at the dock in the backyard! We had great luck Yellowtail fishing and seeing the local attractions. We will very likely book again for next year if available! Highly recommended.

This duplex was immaculate and well equipped. Great outdoor space. Quiet neighborhood. Close to stores, restaurants, beach, etc. Manatees made it perfect!

This was an awesome rental for our week in Marathon! It is up to date, attractive and cozy. Very nice unit. We would love to visit again and would definitely seek this rental first if available. Host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We have absolutely zero complaints. Canal offered quick deep water access to the Atlantic for some excellent yellowtail snapper fishing.

Everything was as we hoped. We had everything we needed to cook our meals. The grill was very nice. We spent much of our time in the porch. Wonderful space.

The most responsive host of all of VRBO. Our pool was mostly shaded so it wasn’t as warm as the other side. Literally zero complaints and looking forward to our return when possible. We were able to park the rented pontoon at the dock and the kayaks were fantastic.
