We had such a great weekend at the condo, very convenient to everything we like to do . We will definitely stay again

Pensacola Beach Stay

Place was nice. The key lockbox was a nightmare and we ended up just leaving the place unlocked. When we left it was difficult putting the key back in the key back in.

Excellent experience

The condo was clean, bed was comfy, plenty of wash cloths, excellent communication with the host. The beach was not crowded since the condo does not have another complex on one side of it. We walked across the street to Peg Leg Pete’s every night to hear the live music. Their oysters are the best! We really enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to book this unit again.

Great unit / location / view

Lovely unit, directly on the beach with gulf views from balcony. Parking is covered (not in direct sun). Convenience store right across the street as well as a great restaurant (Peg Leg Pete's). Short drive to other good restaurants in area. Note that washer & dryer not in unit, downstairs. Highly recommended

Right on the beach

Great location- beautiful beach & ocean. Pool week maintained. Owner very responsive and helpful. Loved the area. Great restaurants and service. Very friendly area. Quiet in April and easy to get around. Will definitely be back. Watch the Blue Angels every Sunday evening. Lots of dolphins.

Great location

Great location and communication with property owner. Beach on one side and Pegleg Pete’s and party store on the other side. Never had to leave. We’ll be back.

Little slice of Heaven

Condo was lovely. Pictures don’t do it justice. View from the balcony spectacular! Bed was super comfy as was living room furniture. And the location - wow! Walk right out to a lovely long stretch of white sand. In mid winter it wasn’t swimming weather - although there were a few hearty souls in the water, but it was perfect for walks on the beach and wading up to the knees everyday! Would definitely rent this unit again!

Just okay

Loved the property and location. Only problem was we could hear the neighbor's tv, and their arguing through the bedroom wall. The light coming through the bedroom shutters also made midnight seem like noon. Wish we could have had better sleep. Bring ear plugs and eye covers and its a perfect size for 1 couple!

Relaxing

Condo was perfect for the two of us. The view was fantastic and the beach as well. Liked that it was close to restaurants and grocery store. Very convenient. Everyone was very friendly. Hope we can get back down there again.

We had a GREAT Stay

Room was clean and very convenient. Beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen, could use some sharp knives. The only other thing is, not against the property, but the chair/umbrella rentals took up the prime beach area. Those of us that rented a condo and didnt want to rent chairs/umbrellas from the rental place had to move on down the beach. Again, nothing against the condo or owners. But we will be back!

Great place and location

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great communication. Location and view was great. Peg Leg Pete’s is right across the street and there is a free shuttle from 4pm-12am.

Perfect get away

The condo as well as the property owner were perfect. I will definitely want to book here for all of our future stays. The condo had a beautiful view and was stocked with everything we needed to feel like we were at a home away from home. The complex as a whole was great as well. Other tenants including an older gentleman with his dog were the nicest people and very welcoming. The pool was big and clean. It was a perfect stay for a family that just wants to relax and not be around anything rowdy (which is exactly what we wanted) I honestly would not change anything about my stay with this particular location except wishing it was for longer! Thank you again to the owners for allowing us to enjoy a much needed family vacation.
