Adorable Historic Home in Starland District By Downtown Savannah & Close to Tybee Island Beaches!

This 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom historic two story house is ideally located in the Starland District which is minutes from Savannah's “Historic District”. Multiple shops, hip restaurants and bars are within a few blocks of this home. There is a private courtyard with hot tub! All of the downtown tourist area of Savannah is within 2 miles.

*Additional $100 Pet Fee must be paid after booking if you bring a dog as optional fees are not shown at checkout on VRBO. Dogs are not allowed upstairs. Sorry, no cats.

Hot tub season is open! The hot tub is available for guest use and it is maintained professionally weekly.

Great restoration of historic home, very clean and nicely furnished. Neighborhood definitely in transition, enjoyed the shops and restaurants, but did not feel comfortable being out on the street at night, definitely would not be outside by myself at night.

Family visit

The house was quaint, clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. Centrally located in a new hip neighborhood in downtown Savannah. It fit our needs perfectly!

It was easy to get in. The house was fine. The grounds were less than kept. I removed the ivy vines growing up into grill. The back ally was scary. House very loud and echo-rudden. Overall was okat. It was clean.

Cute house, not so cute neighborhood

We rented for a week, unfortunately was during the hurricane and last two days we did not have electricity at all, I recommend for future some fans with batteries and also some alternative in case power is down. House was ok, could be cleaned better, next door neighbor was nice, to much night time activity on that street, lots of homeless people .Make sure you don’t leave your car unattended.

Space and Privacy

This is a great spot. It is away from the bustle of the waterfront, but just a quick ride away from the action. There are quite a few great shops and restaurants within walking distance. You will likely need a car to get down to the waterfront, but street parking was safe and plentiful. We were very happy with the home, it was clean and spacious with everything we needed provided. The hot tub was a great retreat after walking for days! One thing that I imagine is inescapable for a large swath of the city is the 7am train. The house is near the track, so the morning train is LOUD. Be prepared to be woken up. It was only a small thing for us, as we like to get an early start anyway, and it ensured that we were all up at the same time! Great space, great fun in Savannah.

Very cute house on a nice street. There are a few cute restaurants nearby within walking distance. One Italian restaurant called Lucia was very close nearby but unfortunately you need to book ahead because they book up quickly Cons-The neighborhood changes very quickly The next street over was a little sketchy and street parking was difficult to find at times. Mattresses could use updating and painting touch ups are needed in some areas. Television’s in the bedrooms would be nice. Overall very cute house.

A Great Stay!!

This was a great stay!! We all really enjoyed the home and the location to the shops and eats around Starland. The house was clean and had a lot of charm. It’s a quick drive to the historic district and tybee island which we enjoyed a lot. The only downside is the homeless population in this area, it’s just sad, got asked for money quite a bit but never bothered and felt safe the whole time. Loved the up and coming area of Starland and this house fits beautifully in that neighborhood!! All of us can’t wait to stay again

Destination getaway.

A good friend & I take motorcycle trips annually. We visited Savannah this year & this property was perfect. We parked our bikes inside the fence behind the house that is on the alley way. Check in entry & check out was a breeze. House was clean and very well decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend & love to come back & stay here again.

Excellent House

I stayed for my daughter’s dance competition for a week the house was very clean and had everything you could need in it. It was perfect. The neighborhood is the only problem it is kind of scary. But we were able to park in the back so that was great. The train didn’t bother me since I had to wake up early anyway. One of the best houses I have stayed.
