Lazy Turtle VACA 1st Floor Rental - Amelia Island....2nd Fl is Lazy Turtle Too

Life is better at the beach! Relax and rejuvenate in our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Retreat to the master with king bed, smart TV and a private bath (large shower), while guests stay in the guest BR (utilizing the full guest bathroom with tub/shower). We are located in a very quiet and secluded setting under the oak trees at the back of the resort complex. Our 1,100 square foot, first floor condo has a large kitchen/living space, luxury vinyl plank floors, and a cozy feeling with even an e- fireplace! There is NO ELEVATOR and you must be able to navigate a few stairs to access our condo. Come enjoy the beach!

The amenities include:

*A designated parking space (and a second pass for a guest space)

*Unheated Pool

*A/C (central HVAC)

*King Bed and Smart TV in master

*Guest bedroom can be converted from 2 twins to short king

*High speed-wireless internet

*Smart tv in living room

*Fully equipped kitchen and
washer/dryer (detergent provided)

*Linens, towels and beach towels provided

*4 beach chairs provided and several beach towels

*Hair dryers in both bathrooms

*Pool, tennis courts, playground, and picnic area with grills on the property

NOTE WORTHY:

*Approximately 10 minute walk from the condo to the Sadler Road public beach access (& only 0.2 miles to Beach Access 24). This Sadler Road access is one of the best on the beach with public restrooms, picnic tables, a foot washing station, a beach-front restaurant (i.e. Sliders), and plenty of parking if you choose to drive rather than walk to the beach.

*Approximately 30-40 minutes to JAX International Airport.

We loved our time spent at the Lazy Turtle! Just a short , easy walk to the beach. The unit was incredibly clean and so nicely decorated! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! The condo community was quiet and the pool and pickle ball court was really close to the unit. Everything was seamless during our stay from check in to check out. If we ever get back, we would stay there again!

The place is spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. We were there two weeks and it would have been nice if there were some spices for cooking. We had to request several things since we had a long stay. The owners were quick to respond. Great location.

The location is fabulous- close to the beach and all attractions, yet is setback and overlooks a lovely woodys area giving the feeling of an oasis while sitting on the deck. The home is what you see on the listing and more. The owners are attentive to small details and take pride in their home. We had a great stay and would come back again for sure! Thanks for the hospitality!

Great place an easy walk from the beach!

We stayed for a quick beach visit. The condo was comfy and clean and has everything we needed at the condo and for a day at the beach. Would definitely stay again.
