I cannot say enough about how wonderful this beach house is! The owner is wonderful and accommodating. The location cannot be beat. The house and cottages were clean and the views are astounding. We cannot wait to go back next year!

Family memories

Great place for multiple families. Large screened in porch with large table for family gatherings. Lots of kitchen essential’s. Quiet and relaxing.

Great seaside stay

The cabins are beautiful and you can't beat being right on the beach. The gate and railing (leading to steps down to the beach) are nicely done and really helps with safety with young children. We ate dinner together everynight at the screened in porch, and it was so nice. There were a couple of minor issues that came up during the stay and the host Lauren was very responsive and took care of things quickly. Nice beach towels and beach chairs provided were a nice touch.

Hidden gem!

Lauren was an absolutely gracious, pleasant and accommodating proprietor! We were a large family annual gathering, and have finally found our dream vacation home! The amenities, beachfront, home cleanliness and safety were second to none that we ever experienced. We, our children, grandchildren and friends unanimously agreed that “this is the one for our future annual fun spot!”

A must stay location

Myself and my family get together. Every two years And stay at hills beach. We have been coming to this area since we were children and truly enjoy this location. This rental fit our needs perfectly with 3 different families all related And all with different needs. Our stay here allowed us to all be together and all have our own personal space. Lauren The owner was a great communicator and very accommodating to our needs. I absolutely recommend anyone who gets the chance to stay here.

Great vacation

This property worked great for us with the main house and two bungalows. We were able to be together during the day but have separate sleeping arrangements. The house was clean, well equipped, and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. It is literally right on the beach which is wonderful and the screeed in porch came in handy for one rainy day and staying out of the bugs at night. The homeowner was easy to work with.

Patricia's group unfortunately was rude to the neighbors and some of her guests partied a little (very) hard. I tried to mediate and find a balance- I understand vacation. It sucks that she feels this way but I did expect it. She screamed at me because I asked for her group to not use or block the neighbor's stairs, I was calm and trying to find a resolution that seemed reasonable.

A Unique Lovely Little Compound

Lovely views. Peaceful ambiance. Safe for the grandkids as it is situated in a little bay. No big crashing waves makes it easy for walking and playing along the shore. Access to the public beach is a big plus. The “neighbors “ are friendly. The neighborhood is well cared for and attractive. At low tide we all enjoyed walking over to the island. It was so much fun. Eating dinner all together on the screened porch and enjoying lively conversation into the night was great.

Beach Life!

Sweet location! Quiet and peaceful getaway. Full-size, stocked kitchen for large groups. Screened porch for dinners and breakfast overlooking the changing tides. Cabins [very small bathrooms] offer families separate sleeping. Private beach, friendly neighbors, plenty of parking. Caught a few stripers right in front!

Great family location

Four generations of our family stayed with us aging from 5 weeks to 82 years. The place gave us room to spread out. We had beautiful views and were close to many excursions. Plenty of accommodations. Everyone loved the place and we made memories we will cherish forever.

Great stay!

Amazing setting with plenty of sleeping space. The two cabins make it easy to spread out and give folks privacy while staying with a relatively large group. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to cook meals in. We hope to stay again!

Location, Location, Location

Great accommodations for a family gathering. Enjoyed the beautiful scenic ocean views from the decks overlooking the bay, walks on the beach areas and sand lagoons at low tide and strolls through the Hills Beach neighborhood. A very relaxing stay.

beautiful and welcoming

This is a wonderful house with cottages. It has everything one would need! The owners are fantastic to deal with and available for any questions! Am looking forward to coming back......
