Very nice home. Conveniently located to where we needed to be. House was well kept. Host was responsive and helpful. We travel to Salt Lake to visit family and friends. We would stay here again.

Snowbird/Alta Ski Trip

Very cozy and the kitchen was stocked with various cookware. It was a great place to prepare food for hungry skiers and facilitated quick/easy access to little cottonwood canyon.

Charming home with easy ski access

This home was the perfect landing for our family during our Utah ski trip. We also loved the easy access to the city, allowing us to enjoy a Jazz game while we were in town. Leslie was very responsive and we felt like valued guests.

Home was clean and comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. The property’s other tenants were quiet and respectful of our privacy. Home looks well cared for. Location was on a busy street but near everything we needed to get to easily. Lovely Mill Hollow park nearby had a wonderful walking trail. Be sure to bring soap for your laundry. Bbq out back was great for cooking at the property. Very comfortable stay.

Great place for group

This place was great for our group. Older home that is well maintained and accommodated six skiers. Playing Pacman was a nice bonus.

Nostalgic

The character and charm in older homes always takes me back to visiting Grandma and Grandpa in my youth. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Location really counts

Great place for ski vacation. Located close to the Cottonwood Canyon ski areas. Easy to get over to Park City and into Salt Lake city as well. Close by are great stores for groceries and vacation needs. We were a small group of 4 men. The place has 4 very comfortable bedrooms and nice living room. Kitchen was outfitted for cooking. We plan on staying here again for our next trip.

Cozy with unbeatable location for skiing

The Cottonwood comfort house was perfect for our family trip to ski in Snowboard and Brighton. Centrally located between the two canyons the house is even walking distance from the ski bus to Solitude and Brighton (important since you need parking reservations). The house is cozy and well equipped, with no fuss accommodations. Communication with the host was fluid and she helped us recover some items I left in the clothes dryer. I would rent here again!

Very clean and safe. Nice large home.

Mainly needed a safe place to sleep and shower while in town. Very clean and safe location. Didn't spend to much time there. Keurig provided with K-Cups. I would have liked more creamers or some half and half. We ended up being so busy with work we never got to go to the store.

Great place and convenient

We found the house 'as-advertised' and it fit our needs very well. It was ~20 min to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, etc and ~25 min to Park City/Canyons. The house was clean and laid out well for our group of 6. Bathrooms and master shower were small but it didn't matter based on our needs. The property owner provided great communication and checked in throughout our stay. Plenty of places to eat, grab a beverage and grocery shop within 3 min drive. It wasn't overly fancy but it was rightsized for our needs.

Exactly what we wanted!

This home was exactly what we were looking for. Top floor of a rambler, this space was large, esp for the price!! Decorated cute with a light country/lodge feel. Clean and freshly remodeled. There is a neighbor in the basement unit but we never saw them or even would have known they were there if the host hadnt told us (separate entrances and spaces). Quiet and peaceful in the backyard. We loved that each room had a sitting space so there was plenty of options to spread out and relax. Host was amazing and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Couldnt have been happier with our choice!! We will be back here soon

The location was fantastic—close to everything we needed, and the house had plenty of beds. It made for a comfortable stay overall. The only downside was that the house is older, so the air conditioning struggled to keep the rooms cool at night. Still, we enjoyed our time and would consider staying again.

Cottonwood Comfort

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen but no fry pan. There is an electric skillet but we couldn’t find the power cord. Restrictions on thermostat caused it to be chilly in the evenings. There are powered floor vents that run continuously creating a draft that makes it even worse. I contacted the host about the vents blowing constantly but didn’t get a reply. Use of the fireplace and kitchen disposal are prohibited. There are tenants living in the basement unit but that was mentioned only in the parking instructions. We think these things should have been conspicuously noted. The property info binder in the living room is old and needs updating. Overall this is an old house and it shows. It was an ok place to stay that met most of our needs but we would not stay again or recommend.

Great little spot

Comfortable little place for a group or family. While the curb appeal was less than great, the inside was nice and comfortable. 4 bedrooms and a living room were perfect! If it were nicer weather, we would have sat out back around the fireplace. Laundry was convenient and easy.
