Everything about our experience renting this property was A. Our son and his family live in Nashville and without hesitation we would return to this property for future visits.

Great stay!

We had a great time at this property. We all loved the roof top area. Being able to park in a garage was nice as well. The beds were comfortable and the areas were clean.

Good Stay

Overall the property was very clean and had a good stock to cook with in the kitchen. I loved the rooftop even though it was cold. A great family stay and great location.

Great place

This was a beautiful space with lots of seating and a gorgeous rooftop patio area. The host was quick to respond and very helpful!

Honeymooners

We loved this place, We booked it for our Honeymoon and it was perfect! We enjoyed the private and peaceful environment it offered. We relaxed and enjoyed all of the amenities. The roof top patio was perfect. We are already wanting to come back for our 1 year anniversary

Wonderful!

Check in was easy! The property was clean with lots of amenities. Lots of room and the rooftop was a great space to relax in the evening! Location was also great, just a short Uber ride to get to broadway. Would stay here again!

Great Place and Great Price

This property is perfect for any group to stay. We had a group of 8 guys and we all loved the place and most everything we needed the place had. Finding a place in Downtown Nashville can get very expensive but this place is affordable and also not far from Downtown at all. Allen is very nice and was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Awesome Stay

Allen kept great communication with me and responded quickly when I asked questions. House was new, all amenities were awesome. We loved the roof top deck. Just all around super comfortable and we would stay here again.

Good location and nice space

Decent location, not really near anything but a short 10 min uber to downtown. Felt safe in the area. The condo unit itself is furnished nicely. Comfy beds and couches. They provide the very basic amenities (super cheap 1 ply toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen garbage sacks, etc) but it was enough for us to get by for a 3 night stay. Place was clean, and quiet. I would stay again.

Beautiful Home Away from Home!

From start to finish Allen was courteous, friendly and prompt in answering any and all questions. The home was well maintained, clean and roomy. Having a private garage was also really nice! My daughter and I loved this property and would would book again in a ❤️ beat! Beth & Emilee Arledge Georgia

Great stay in Madison

This home is very beautifully decorated and served us well while we stayed for 12 days for a work trip. We felt the pricing was reasonable for our lengthy stay, and the home was fully furnished. The only complaint is that I personally feel there should’ve been more (dishwashing , bathroom (not personal hygiene) soaps, and hand towels) due to our longer stay. However, we just purchased from a close Walmart and had no issues. The appliances worked well, and we will definitely stay again when we travel back for work. Thank you, King Rentals!

70th birthday girls trip

Stay was great. Only problems-wifi didn’t work. Therefore the tvs didn’t work—someone did come out Saturday afternoon to help with this. Soap in bathrooms.. 2/3 were empty. Kitchen-beautiful!! However, not very well stocked. Nothing to use for baking, very limited coffee cups, etc. very clean, safe, quiet neighborhood. Next trip we will probably stay closer to downtown.

Great stay in Nashville!

The property was very nice. The inside was clean and they had quite a few pots and pans and spices stocked in the kitchen. We enjoyed having the use of the rooftop patio to barbecue and enjoy a little relax after each day's activities in Nashville. There was a dilapidated cooler on the patio with a wasp nest underneath it. I contacted management to see if they could have someone come take care of the wasp nest so that we could enjoy the patio without worry of being stung, but I never got an answer from them. Also, I couldn't find the email with the internet log-on details listed in it, so I asked for that information to be sent again from management. They never responded to that text either. Before we got to Nashville, the communication was spot on. After we were in the house, not so much. Management did ask us to strip the linens from any beds that were slept in. That's absolutely not a problem to do, but when stripping the linens and finding a big stain in the middle of one of the bunk bed mattresses, we were a little disgusted. There wasn't even a mattress cover on it, just a sheet. I didn't look at the bottom bunk mattress that my daughter had already stripped. I didn't want to know. This was a good place to stay and a good location. We were able to get an Uber without a problem or drive to downtown within 15 minutes. I would recommend staying at this property.

Lovely property!!

This was the perfect place for our adult family members to get away to Nashville. Loved the rooftop patio for relaxing in the evening after spending the afternoons downtown Nashville with the crowds. Very quick, easy drive in and out of city center. Property was very clean and offered everything you could possibly need (except an iron).
