Very comfortable condo that our family enjoyed! Host is extremely responsive and was able to take care of our needs immediately. Condo is in a great location close to shopping and night life. Pool area was exceptional! We would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Diane is just as lovely as her home. This place is a great central location to get to every spot on Kona. Wonderfully clean and private. Great for small kiddos and chill adults.

Perfect for our needs

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to the main city, grocery store, shopping & nice Beaches. The pool was a great addition to the property that our family really enjoyed.

Family vacation

Diane is a very responsive host and checked in with us during our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. Accommodation is clean and very well stocked (kitchen, towels, beach gear etc).

Kitchen was decently equipped but some pots were not clean had food residue and smelled awful. Location was convenient to most tourist areas and also close to market and restaurants. Also had nice view of sunset from pool area and pool was close by across from home. Home had towels and linens and 2 bathrooms was a plus and having laundry was great too and washer and dryer were in good condition . They provided beach towels , snorkeling supplies and beach gear for all age group .

This is a really great little unit. We had enough space for our 17yo and 18yo along with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. You can stay here without a car, as we did, but you have to be happy to walk 20ish minutes to the shops. The free bus is good, but a little variable in its timetable! Diane was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Check in was easy.

Wonderful place

Great stay on Big island

Everything was easy with our stay at this condo. From booking to checking out. We had everything we needed in the communication with the owner was amazing. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent. We had a wonderful time. The location is great and the property is beautiful. The place is well equipped with everything you might need. Diane is a wonderful host. Beautiful home with everything you need!

The property was absolutely beautiful and the house was equipped with everything that you need..beach towels, snorkel gear, informational brochures, grocery bags, coffee, tea, -all provisions made our stay super smooth

Iron Man race

The place is great. Our familly stayed very conftable there. Quiet, nice bed and pillows, air conditioning was not necessary. We hope come back soon.

Fabulous location, very clean and cozy

This condo was everything we expected....and more. Sunsets, quiet, handy to everything and, did I say sunsets? We are solid seniors who spend most of our time outside hiking, swimming, walking & running. For us this location is perfect.

Great location, condo was well stocked, to meet all your needs. Very little noise from neighbors.

Timely response from owner for booking. Answered all questions and checked in a end of my stay to make sure all went well.

Our go-to lodging on the Big Island

This was our 5th visit to the Big Island and for the last 3 times we've stayed at this wonderful, ideally located, well stocked & verrry clean condo. You can feel the owners' TLC and their wanting to make visitors as comfortable as possible. Even on the rare gray days, the sunsets are merely fantastic. We're anxious to return again and again.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed the apartment. It’s in a central location for seeing the Kailua-Kona coast. It was very clean. The host was prompt and helpful with questions and recommendations. Our kids enjoyed the pool. There is some traffic noise, but quieted down in the evenings.

A pleasant stay

Nice place. Kinda odd layout with 2nd bedroom more of a dining room with blinds and sliding doors. Was very clean. Nice to have the 2 bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked. The beach chairs and snorkel stuff was pretty dated so we rented from Boss Frogs.
