Ocean View Beach Condo-#103-Directly across Alii Dr to White Sands Beach!

Come and relax in our roomy 2 BR/2BA condo on the 1st floor of the friendly and convenienty located White Sands Village on Alii Dr. Our condo is well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It sleeps up to 6 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 and a 47' flat screen TV with a Bluetooth stereo and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking/dining in and has full size appliances. The large lanai offers a nice ocean view with a bistro table set to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine and a larger table for outdoor dining. Lots of fans and central air conditioning will keep you cool. Pack lightly as there is a washer and dryer in the unit. One reserved covered parking is directly below the unit for your use.

Drop your bags, head out the door and in 2 minutes you'll have your toes in the warm sand at White Sands Beach, also known as Magic Sands Beach. Bask in the sun, go boogie boarding in the waves, or just relax and enjoy the sunset at this popular beach. The beach has a staffed lifeguard stand, outdoor shower, restrooms and a beach volleyball court. Just a mile down the road is the famous snorkeling beach Kahalu'u where many varieites of colorful tropical fish and green sea turtles can be seen. We have beach chairs, beach towels, cooler bag and snorkel gear for your use. Also close by are great paddle boarding, kayaking and surfing areas. The complex is just 4 miles south of Kona village with it's many restuarants, shops and a Farmer's Market to explore. The pier downtown is a great starting point for a paddle or an open-water swim with the dolphins along the marked IronMan World Triathlon course. A ride on the open-air Alli Trolley is a fun way to travel to town.

The facilities at White Sands Village include: a refreshing swimming pool and hot tub with many comfortable chaise lounges as well as tables with umbrellas for shade, covered barbeque/dining area with several barbeques, pool table, lending library and free reservable tennis courts. The complex has elevators in each building and an on-site office.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Being right across the street from the beach was awesome. Having a pool and hot tub on the property was also great for at night! The owners were wonderful to work. I would highly recommend this property to stay at!

The beach access could not be better & the courtyard grounds & pool were beautiful. The outdoor kitchen/bbq grill area was nice too. The unit was very comfortable & had everything we needed. Thoughtful touches like beach towels, chairs, etc. made it very easy to enjoy from the second we arrived. We would love to come back here & stay again. Highly recommend for a stay in Kona! It was only about a 10-15 min drive to downtown depending on day/time.

Space was great, magic sands beach across the street is gorgeous but with BIG waves. Better to watch experienced boarders. This was a central great place. There was a full kitchen of pans, bowls knives etc so you don’t have to eat out every meal.

Kitchen was fully equipped, nice blender for smoothies, toaster, and lots of staples for cooking as well. The deck was nice, and had a side view of the beach as advertised. You are literally right across from Magic Sands beach. The pool was lovely and clean. The cooking area with multiple grills was user friendly and clean.

This place has it all!!! We loved walking right across the street to the beach. Our kids loved boogie boarding and the sunsets were phenomenal. It was so nice to have literally everything you need in the condo: washer dryer, full kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The pool was lovely also. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for an island getaway

Wonderful property in a fabulous location. Our family had a great time and the location allowed us quick access to all of the local shops, and the ability to hit the road and explore the big island. Well appointed unit great communicating stuff boat.

Perfect Location

The apartment was just want we needed and had all the amenities. It was right across from the beach and an easy drive to stores, restaurants and the farmers market. Definitely would book again!

Excellent property with very spacious common area and deck.

Stocked with all the toys you need for great vacation. Property and pool are very well maintained. Cannot go wrong renting this unit.
