This amazing 2 bedroom with ocean view from the lanai is the PERFECT spot for your Vacation.
Sea Village reflects the tranquil beauty of the Big Island. The resort is centrally located 1 mile from restaurants and shops on Famous Ali'i Drive.

Air Conditioning is only available in the Living Room & Master Bedroom as Portable AC units. There is no AC unit in the Guest Twin Bedroom.

The pool area is located beside the sea wall, so guests can enjoy a peaceful swim just steps away from the crashing surf. Hot tub, Communal BBQ area and Tennis Court available for guest use!

Kona town is just a short drive from Sea Village Kona. Kona town offers a large choice of restaurants, stores and art galleries. Most of the Big Island activities depart from Kona town.

Great location but needs AC solution...

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This would be a 10/10 rental if it were not for the AC. Beautiful grounds, all the amenities, super clean. The 4 hour timer on the AC makes sleep a nightmare. You wake up baking and have to turn back on the AC. There is also no AC in the kids room which made them have to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. We also had to spend the afternoon waiting for a washing machine replacement on day 2 (it was arranged before our arrival) and then they wanted to show the property on the last day of our stay and we declined. For these reasons, we wouldn't stay again.

The bedroom AC units are equipped with manufacturer-programmed 4-hour timers, and while this isn't something we're able to modify, we understand how it may not suit everyone's sleeping preferences. We also recognize that the second bedroom does not have its own AC unit, and we strive to clearly represent the home's layout and amenities in the listing so guests can make an informed decision before booking. We also appreciate your patience regarding the washing machine replacement. We scheduled the installation as quickly as possible to ensure you had a brand-new washer for the remainder of your stay, rather than leaving you without one. As for the requested showing, we completely respected your decision to decline, and no showing took place. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps both us and future guests. The spot is a bit dated but is comfortable and spacious. Host was great to deal with as well, would recommend as a family with kids.

PM was very responsive when we had problems withe the Microwave, replacing it within 24 hours. Beautiful property, but the table in the picture is misleading. I did enjoy staying here relaxing, clean quite pool area. Met some wonderful people here too!

Sea Village is a great place to stay. Wonderful pool and bbq area. Plus is a great location, easy walk into town for restaurants and shopping.

Nice and comfortable stay

Our stay was comfortable. Everything was clean. A mile walk to restaurants and shops so the location was good. View from the patio was nice. Overall a good choice while we were in Kona.

Everything we needed was there - well stocked kitchen, beach and pool equipment, and AC when it got a bit warm inside. The lanai has a wonderful ocean view with amazing sunsets every night. Close to great restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful & Convenient

This location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to the restaurants and bars. Easy drive to grocery store and Kona airport. Definitely recommend to go to the pool area to see the sunset. And if looking for what’s around to do, look at the notebook in the living room area. I highly recommend a stay here.

The condo was beautifully equipped for our stay, especially when we compared it to our fellow travelers' condos. The only item missing was a serrated bread knife. It was comfortably furnished.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is clean and grounds are well kept. Location is good. Beds and linens were cheap and sofa bed was terrible. The floors have no insulation and you hear every footstep above you. We stayed 16 days and was woken up from sound before 6: AM every single morning. Nice pool area, hot tub had issues most days. The next guest walked in on us using the Dropbox key 4 days early. I would recommend for very deep sleepers not using sofa bed.

Decent location, walkable to town (but a bit far) rental bikes across the street but they empty out early. Coffee shop right in the complex, but gets busy so expect a wait. No central air, so spare (kids) room gets a little warm. Everything included including beach chairs, snorkel sets, boogie boards, etc. Tried to go without a vehicle but needed it in the end so we rented. Easy walk to resorts and markets and very well managed. Hope this helps. We enjoyed it.

Great community and close to the main strip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for eight days and the property as a whole had nearly everything that we were looking for. Ample parking, good sized rooms, great BBQ area, clean and freshing pool, and a host of other positives to help you enjoy your stay.Few things need to be repaired/replaced... pedestal fan is broken and if you turn it on it rattles apart. Tongs fall apart when you use them. Screen door to the patio isnt in its track so it hard to open/afraid to break it. And the pillows need to be upgraded.Thanks again for letting us stay!

Centrally located with great sunsets

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was about what I expected based on the description. It is dated, the sofa bed is broken and the kitchen, while well supplied, is full of old pots and pans. The same is true of the beds and linens. The table and chairs on the deck are bar height which for short people and mobility challenged people a problem to use. Unfortunately during our stay the pool was out of order so I cannot comment on it. The property management team was great. Super friendly and responsive. I encourage the unit owner to invest in some updates to improve the experience.

Great Place to stay in Kona

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here 5 nights after a 3 night stay in the Kona Village right next door. This place has a larger pool area, bbqs and picnic tables in a communal area in the middle with sunset views. You can also see the sunset from the balcony in the room! We received a small gift bag with some coffee and travel essentials in the room. Management was attentive and we even got locked out one evening and someone arrived within 20 mins to let us back in for a charge. It's pretty near downtown Kona, but not walking distance. The condo is quite large with 2 different air conditioning units that was nice for our stay because it was pretty warm. Great room with a lot of nice amenities in the room. Make sure you look in all the drawers because we found the guide book that I purchased in one of the drawers at the end of our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would stay here again but not only stay at this condo but feel very comfortable renting from Knutson and Associates. My family and I were very comfortable at this rental unit. It had everything we needed. The pictures are real presentations. The location is not far from shopping. We walked it twice just for the walk. The property management checked on us routinely to make sure our needs were being met. I absolutely appreciated that. We didn't need anything but to know they were willing to try to accommodate any needs we had was very reassuring. I will return to Kona and rent again. Great location, BUT

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, the grounds were very nice, but when we arrived the temp in the condo was 85 degrees, there are only 2 floor A/C units in the condo, and they struggled to pull the temp down very fast, and they have a TIMER on them to shut off, this made our first night very uncomfortable temp wise. My son moved to the couch just to have some relief but still barely slept. We opened up the sofa bed the next night and it was broken . Overall the condo needs a good update on the inside. Would not stay there again and would not recommend, there are better places.
