Great location and layout

We enjoyed our stay here! We did a number of things around Nashville and the location was perfect!

As someone who travels extensively, I always look forward to experiencing new properties. Unfortunately, this Nashville stay fell far short of basic hospitality standards. The listing photos simply do not reflect the current reality of the home, which feels heavily neglected.Cleanliness was an immediate issue. The floors were noticeably dirty upon arrival, and the first-floor bed had stained sheets. When we stripped the bed to wash the bedding ourselves, we found a bare, heavily stained mattress with no protective pad. Trying to do that load of laundry turned into a maintenance project; the dryer wouldn't work because it was completely packed with lint. It was a massive fire hazard that we had to manually dig out with a wire hanger just to get the machine running. There was simply NO WiFi despite being given multiple access codes. The lack of oversight carried through the rest of the house. We were given bath towels some having orange stains, the third-floor shower was completely inoperable (water just poured straight out of the faucet into the tub), the living room sofa was broken with a detached arm, and the refrigerator’s water filter was seven months expired, leaving us without drinking water.It is clear that the cleaning and maintenance crews are turning a blind eye here. I genuinely hope property management takes this feedback seriously and steps in to restore the property to the standard paying guests expect and deserve.

Wonderful home and location

We truly enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The house was perfect and we loved everything about the house and location. The rooftop lounge was an added bonus and we were very happy that we selected this house for our girls weekend.

Getaway in Nashville

Beautiful property. Lot of space! Close to downtown, but far enough away to avoid all the noise. Restaurants and shops close

Perfect rental for a girls weekend

We had a wonderful stay, and would recommend this property. Beds were comfortable, house was easy to access and clean, and they provided helpful handyman contact information in case anything needs attention (lucky for us it didn't). Great time all around!

Nashville Girls' Trip - Great Location & Amenities

We had a great trip to Nashville over Labor Day weekend - the home was easy to find and within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. It was very spacious, and we had plenty of room for 5 guests. We enjoyed the rooftop, stocked kitchen, and beautiful home - made for a great trip and lots of wonderful memories.

Almost perfect

We loved the location and the property was really nice. However, when we arrived, it hadn’t been cleaned and they had to get the housekeeping staff back to clean it.

staying at the condo

Floors were very dusty, had visible hair and left over items from parties on them and should be cleaned better, showers were clean, beds were very comfortable and linen was clean and white, enjoyed the large selection of dishes, glassware, and having dish soap for washing the dishes by hand. Great experience overall.

Nashville visit and Pink Concert

Myself and my husband went for the Pink Concert and to visit Nashville for the first time. We brought 2 other couples. There were a total of 6 of us (all 50+ years old). It was perfect. Enough privacy and each of us had our own room and bathroom. Coffee in the morning on rooftop was the best ! Walking distance to the Gulch and either a quick walk to Broadway or a short Uber. Very clean and perfect location.

First VRBO experience

Property was very comfortable but is ready for a deep clean. Access was simple and ample room for all of us. Not enough towels and in one room they were not clean but this was quickly resolved after contacting the property manager. One issue with a leaky gutter which dripped onto window sill keeping room occupants awake - reported. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Nashville and would the location of visiting again.

Chicks & D's

Nice condo, felt safe with the security guard right outside. Easy to get Uber rides & inexpensive. Hit the highlights of Nashville but would have been interested in some restaurants right in our area too. Thought it would have been nice to have some information about that in the condo. Furniture was pretty dirty, so glad we didn't have to sit on it. Lots of steps, so be prepared for that. Rooftop was awesome! Nice place & would recommend it!!

Birthday weekend with friends

Very nice and modern property at the end of the Gulch/beginning of Edgehill neighbourhood. Walkable to the Gulch, but a bit of a hike to downtown. Easy Uber accessibility though. Well appointed, with all ammenities one would need! Lots of stairs, as it's a multi-level townhouse. Not a problem for us though, but maybe a bit of a concern for someone less mobile. Would go back!

Great location communication was not fantastic

The condo was fantastic. Walking distance to the Gulch area. Had a terrible time making final payment. Probably sent 4 emails and made 15 phone calls over a 3 day period. Your final payment is made through the management company not vrbo and getting someone to help me get that payment done was a nightmare.

Nice Nashville stay for a girls getaway

The property was great for a girls getaway. It was clean and centrally located. However, we got the feeling that property mgmt was totally absent. We never received a second payment invoice and had to track down the company to pay the bill, and on our last day we called the property mgr twice to ask if we could leave some luggage in the unit after our checkout time. We were only able to talk to the answering service and no one ever called us back which ended up screwing up our Sunday plans bcs we couldn’t carry big suitcases around the city and didn’t want to leave them at the unit without knowing this would be okay. Not a great way to end our otherwise good stay.

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. As far as payments are concerned, when you book through Vrbo, they send all info needed for the hosts to process reservation payments. This happens automatically so that no action is required from the guests. We typically do not allow guests to leave luggage upon check out, but we do apologize that we did not make you aware. We strive to have fast response times, but we can always improve.

Townhome downtown Nashville

The townhome was nice and about 1 mile from downtown location as described. Very TIGHT squeeze to move SUV in and out of garage. A few issues that were disappointing. At night the townhomes backs up to an alley so it’s really dark, the buildings do not have any kind of sensor or photo sell lights unless you leave garage lights on before you leave during the day. When pulling in the evening very dark which comes off as unsafe and uncomfortable. The other big disappointment was the townhome was not cleaned well the kitchen floors were not cleaned the appliances also look smeared and cleaned poorly which gave a nasty feel. Some of the furniture was also dirty. The townhome overall is nice and very modern and closely located to all downtown activities…

Thank you for the feedback. We have since replaced our cleaning team with a more capable and responsive crew. We actually do have security cameras monitoring the outside of the buildings, ADT alarm system, and we also hire a security guard to sit in the alley from after midnight until 5 in the morning. The condos are very safe and all precautions are taken.

Nice place but.....

Stayed at this condo for a long weekend. The facility was pretty nice (floors were a bit dirty and some trash on roof) for the most part and we thought it was a good value. When we arrived we had no towels, I emailed the property manager and told him we did not receive. He emailed back and said that he was having some issues with the linen company and assured we would get it before nights end. We went out on the town and came back about midnight and found a stack of towels on the stoop of the adjacent condo. We assumed they made a mistake and towels were ours and brought them into the house. The next morning we had unannounced females unlock our door and enter our house and took the towels we had brought in. I was very upset that this happened they never knocked and had to know that we were present from the shoe's and supplies in entryway. I emailed manager asking for a phone call and an explanation. He did not call me but did say that house keeping made a mistake and were the one's that came and took towels. He apologized and said he was going to contact property owner and see about a partial refund. That was three days ago and he's not contacted us. I don't think the manager understands how serious an intruder is at 7am these days.

During this stay, there was a communication error between the head of the cleaning service we use and the cleaner that actually cleaned this unit. It was that same gap in communication that caused the error in returning to get the towels the next morning. That being said, we certainly do understand how much of an inconvenience this was and did our best to respond to the situation as promptly as we could. It should also be noted that we did provide this guest a partial refund for the inconveniences he faced during his trip. This situation is certainly not a norm for our company or the cleaning company we use. It was a genuine communication error and it has been addressed. As far as the cleanliness of the place, we will pass this along to our cleaning crew and address the items mentioned in this review. It is our goal to provide a high quality experience. Reunion Weekend for High School Friends

Great property for Getaway Weekend. Super clean. We had 6 women with plenty of comfortable beds and bathroom space. Great location with short drive to restaurants, bars and shops. Views from the rooftop deck are stunning!

Nice

This place was very nice overall. The beds were amazingly comfortable but the dining and living room furniture not so much. The bar stools were flimsy and felt unsafe to sit on and the couch cushions were lumpy and uncomfortable. We were gone most of the day and only spent a couple of hours each day in the house. Location was fantastic as we were super close to downtown. We would definitely return!

Nice property

The property was nice but there were quite a few items not working/broken. Easy to contact the owner/property manager to let them know though. Overall a good experience.
