Thank you for your honest feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. That’s not the level of comfort we aim to provide. I’m especially sorry to hear about the loose toilet seat causing an injury — that should never happen, and we’ve already sent our maintenance team to fully replace and secure it. We’re also addressing the living room furniture right away. The sofa and bamboo chairs are being evaluated for repair or replacement, and we’re adding cushions to ensure they’re much more comfortable. I appreciate your suggestion about the shower handrail as well — we’ve added that to our improvement list so future guests can have an easier and safer experience. Thank you again for noting that our team was responsive. We truly value your feedback, and it helps us make the property better for every guest moving forward. If your travels bring you back to the area, we’d love the chance to provide a much smoother stay.
