We loved our stay here. The place was great for 2 couples. Plenty of room to move around and The kitchen was wonderful . We had a great patio and the pool was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this to others and would stay again!!!

Luxury in the Gulch looked just like the photos. The host always answered any questions within minutes. We had clear check in instructions and due to a later flight we were able to leave our luggage in a locked area for the day at no charge. The location was close to both the Gulch and Broadway. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

This was a wonderful property, it was perfect for our needs, from living space to the outdoor decks. We opted to use app services or walk vs. Utilizing parking. The location is very walkable. Communication with our host was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay and loved the property. We would recommend it!

Perfect Overnight Stay

We stayed for just one night as we flew into BNA before heading to our cabin in East TN…..the condo was perfect! Comfy beds, great location, super clean and Jen’s communication was superb. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

Great space, very nice unit. Easy check in and out, great communication and follow up to make sure everything was good. Location is great, walking distance but neighborhood seems a little sketchy at night. Would definitely stay there again .

Thank you for staying with us! We are conveniently located right in downtown Nashville. We have never had any safety issues, but it is a city with a variety of people. The building is extremely secure, with on-sight security.

NYE Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Gulch! Our unit was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. From Broadway to local eateries, everything was convenient and within walking distance. We’ll definitely be back!

The condo is lovely and comfortable, and the building has good security. The host was very attentive and responsive (and provided K cup coffee pods, a nice little bonus). Walkability to the surrounding neighborhoods, like The Gulch, was a bit trickier than we’d expected due to lots of construction in the area and the railroad tracks which run right behind the building.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the condo, found it comfortable, and appreciated the building’s security and the K-cups—we love offering those little extras. Regarding walkability, the neighborhood continues to grow, and with that comes occasional construction that can temporarily affect certain routes. That said, there are multiple walking options to reach The Gulch, including routes with sidewalks that many guests use comfortably. We’re always happy to point out the easiest paths for guests during their stay.

It was very clean, spacious, and nice on the inside. The clean up wasn’t bad either. Though it was right outside a rescue mission center so there was a very large and prominent amount of people hanging out in the streets. That doesn’t really matter so much, but the rooms are right by train tracks and night trains were so loud that we woke up repeatedly it felt like the bnb was almost shaking. Half of the group even went home a night early. All in all, I was just coming for a clean place to sleep so if you want more than that it may still be a great option.

Thanks for your feedback—we’re glad to hear you found the home clean, spacious, and comfortable overall. We do want to clarify a couple of points for future guests. The building is located in an urban area, so like any downtown setting, you’ll see a wide range of people and activity nearby. Many guests enjoy the central location and proximity to everything in the city. Regarding the train, it does run nearby as noted in the listing, but it operates at low speed and we’ve never experienced or had reports of it “shaking” the building. Noise sensitivity can vary person to person, but this description is not representative of typical guest experiences. We also provide sound machines in the bedrooms for light sleepers.

The condo was very roomy for our cousin crew of 5. We ranged from age 60-73. We made the walk to and from Broadway with no problem, despite thinking we would use uber for the trip back.

Host was great ! Amazing concierge named Laurence so friendly she helped us every morning. This place is beautiful. We felt safe and comfortable staying there. They have security guard on sight over night with multiple step keep pad entry so not just anyone can get in. Garage very safe and locked up. The views were great. We will for sure book again on our next trip. No issues here.

The host was fine but the description of the surrounding property should be accurately reported in the writeup. The area is not conducive to a family or a place people want to walk around in Nashville at.

The home is located in downtown Nashville, exactly as described in the listing, and many of our guests—families included—choose this location specifically to be within walking distance of restaurants, attractions, and city amenities. Like any major downtown area, Nashville is active and includes a wide range of people and activity, which is part of any urban environment or city. We’ve hosted many families and groups over the years and have not experienced safety issues.

Spacious condo - walk downtown

Two of us stayed here for a friends trip for two nights. The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos and in a new building. It’s also right next door to Jack White’s record store. Beds were super comfortable and everything is clean and new.
