This unit offers breath taking water views overlooking Marina and Cruise Ship Docks. The amenities are rounded out with a large lap pool overlooking the Key West Harbor. The large 40 foot deck area is one of the best features of this Condo. The Harbor Place Condo is located just 2 blocks from Duval Street and all of the Old Town Key West attractions. The property is also located 1/4 mile from one of the best beaches on the island.
In season rates are in effect from December 15 through April 15.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
Key west has always been one of our family’s favorite vacation destinations. Key West's winter weather is usually the warmest in the U.S. Key West is a happening place with numerous restaurants and you can always find something to do within walking distance to the condo. Our next best vacation destination would be Sanibel Island where I also own a condo on the beach. Without leaving the States the weather just doesn't get any better.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
We enjoy everything about Key West. The Restaurants are numerous and great. There is always a party atmosphere with extremely friendly people. The snorkeling at the nearby reef is difficult to duplicate and the Sunsets are always so different and a definite treat. We also like going down to Mallory square and watch the street performers who perform every evening around sunset.
