This was the perfect place for me to stay while visiting my son and his family in a different part of Innisbrook. The unit was spotless and the check in process very simple. I will be staying again when I'm back down in Palm Harbor. Thank you to my host and hostess.

Perfect little get away

Great location at the beautiful Innisbrook Golf Resort. This adorable condo met all our desires and needs for our short trip to Palm Harbor. Great communication with the property manager and everything went smoothly with the check in at the guarded gate. 5 stars 🌟

Great location; felt very safe. Clean. Comfortable beds. Only complaint was shower which needs to be upgraded badly. This was the main reason we did not rebook for next year.

Excellent experience.

Very clean comfortable accommodations for my weeklong stay in Florida. Used this is my base and drove around where I wanted to go. Being on the golf resort made it a very quiet, pristine atmosphere. Will keep this in mind for any future stays.

Place was great. The only thing 2 many deodorizers made the place smell like there was an issue or something

Innisbrook Stay

We love staying in Innisbrook. We've been coming here for many years. Innisbrook is getting older. This unit is nice. There were some issues with gnats. An exterminator could remedy this. We will definitely rent again

wonderful golf hideaway

condo was very well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked. the checkin instructions need to have an address that Google can find, not just "Southgate is on the east side of Innisbrook property on Belcher Road and Innisbrook Rd half way between Klosterman and Alderman Rd." Also, my name was not in the security system, and it was good i had printed out my contract to show them. I would add to the property Overview that the renter is responsible for starting the washing of the towels using the soap and bleach provided to avoid that being overlooked. the balcony only has four chairs, so if you allow 6 persons, there are not enough chairs! the toaster only worked on the one side of both slots. the safe was found locked closed, so it was inoperable. none of these issues were a vacation killer.

Not Clean - Subpar

Mold in Shower, Dirty Pans & Utensils, Stained Towels & Rugs and the condo smelled musty. Air conditioning could not be set below 73 degrees so we were not comfortable.

Hello Lynn, We thank you for your feedback and appreciate you choosing one of our properties. We replaced the discolored caulking in the shower and the photos you sent me showed water hardness stains on one pan and a black spatula. All towels have been replaced along with new bath mats as is routine. We take the cleanliness of our units very seriously and apologize for the items that did not meet your expectations. Prestwick 3115 is a terrific unit with a great view. Brian and Cadie, Florida Sun Vacation Rentals, Palm Harbor, Florida
