We had a great vacation staying here while at Hampton. The home was very clean. It was convenient to have all linens provided. Rebecca was also very responsive to any questions. Her responses were kind and helpful which made the whole process easy. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Adorable cottage

Super clean-quiet and the best Adirondack chairs for sitting on the porch and watching the sunset.The beds were super comfortable and it was absolutely amazing. Looking forward to coming back again- highly recommend.

We had 3 adults staying here and it was perfect for our 2 night stay in Hampton! The place was clean and on a dead end street. The purpose of our visit was not a beach trip, but it’s close enough to walk to the beach, which we did as a leisurely activity on our first night. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops all within a short walk.

Perfect

In town for a show at Wally's and the location was perfect! Cutest little cottage!! Parking is tricky but we fit without issue. Would be best for a couple or a family with 1-2 young children. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!! Cottage actually was BETTER than photos with updates that were made over the winter!

Exactly what I needed

The perfectly sized and located place for me to have a much needed solo weekend away. Walking distance to everything on the main strip, I only had to use my car when I decided to take a trip up to North Beach/North Hampton. Would definitely come back again.

Just as described

Cute little cottage within walking distance of everything we wanted to do while in Hampton Beach. Cottage was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. Rebecca was very prompt with communication and helped us out when we arrived alittle earlier than expected.

Short vacation close to the beach!

Very very clean, beds are confortable, bathroom a little bit small. Note that the second twin bed is on the floor. Short walk to the beach.

Cute place

The cottage was very cute and in a great location. A few of the positives were the towels and toiletries from the host. I only had two cons; the parking was extremely inconvenient. The tenant behind was driving huge pick up trucks and trying to be mindful of one another was a little annoying. Also there were tiny ants that formed from the kitchen and then slowly infested the place. We had bought groceries from Walmart on our first night to the kitchen counters covered in ants when we woke up. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Hampton Beach seafood festival

Everything was as described. Great location . Host communicated well . The cottage was a bit small for our group but did not limit the fun . Sleeping arrangements were tuff for 6 grown adults but would be perfect for a small family . The experience was still good and I would recommend this to anyone looking to get away close to the beach .

Owners were very quick to answer our questions. Location and neighborhood was nice very quiet. Cottage was clean. Only negative was too small for 4 adults and a dog and air conditioner in living room just too loud.

Perfectly sized

Lovely house made us feel right at home even with 2 kids and two dogs! Slight issue getting in on the first night but owners were available and able to help us right away. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday but this would be great place to stay in the summer too! Several places to eat at the end of the street.

Perfect Spot!

We stayed here for the entire month of June and loved every minute of it! The cottage was clean and well decorated. Very cute and modern! One block walk to the beach and lots of good bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Becca was a great host. Very communicative and helpful. The cottage was well stocked with linens and towels. There were some really hot days and the air conditioners worked very well to keep the cottage nice and cool. Loved watching the beautiful sunsets from the front porch. Highly recommended!
