Couldn't find a more central location.
The Space:
The house has three levels with gorgeous, modern finishes, comfortable bedding for groups and families. Each bedroom features high-quality beds and storage for personal items.

The kitchen area features barstool seating parallel to the large island. All new appliances and fully stocked with dishes, glassware, and drip coffee machine. The living room is decorated with a modern/city design with lots of seating to accommodate all.

-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.
-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.
-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.
-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.
-Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer.
EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on the day before, or the day of arrival, as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.
The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.
LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Luggage Hero or Stow Station.
The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.
We will ask you to sign a rental agreement upon booking.
This Short Term Rental Agreement asks you to agree to the following:
Property Details: The Property is fully furnished and includes household appliances, linens, and various amenities. The specific details regarding the Property, including address, check-in/check-out dates, bedrooms, and bathrooms, are outlined in the agreement.
Rental Party and Occupancy: The rental party is limited to the number listed on the reservation. Any additional guests require prior written permission and may incur additional charges. The occupancy limit must not be exceeded, and unauthorized guests may result in contract termination and forfeiture of payments.
Rental Period: The rental period begins and ends as indicated in the agreement. Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
Rental Rules: Guest agrees to adhere to the rental rules provided in Addendum A at all times during their stay. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
Noise: Guest agrees to be respectful to neighbors and maintain quiet hours, especially during the evening and nighttime. Violations may lead to eviction without refund.
Access: Guest agrees to allow the Manager access to the Property for repair and inspection purposes, conducted reasonably.
Rental Rate and Fees: The rental rate is as stated on the booking platform. Additional fees may apply as outlined in the agreement.
Condition of Property: Guest agrees to return the Property in the same condition as received, subject to a cleaning fee. Excessive cleaning may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy is enforced as described on the booking platform, with refunds subject to the timing of cancellation.
No Assignment or Subletting: The agreement cannot be assigned or sublet without prior written consent from the Manager.
Indemnification: Guest agrees to indemnify the Owner, Manager, and Manager’s Agent against any claims or damages arising from their stay.
Liability Waiver: Guest acknowledges that the Owner, Manager, and Manager’s Agent are not liable for accidents or injuries that occur on the premises.
Default: In the event of default by the Guest, any payments made may be forfeited as damages to the Owner. Legal action may be pursued for additional damages.
Amendments: Any amendments to the agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Acknowledgments: Both Guest and Manager acknowledge and agree to the terms of the agreement.
Entire Agreement: This document, along with any addenda, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may only be amended in writing.

In Edgehill, nestled between 8th South and 12 South. The area offers an urban and suburban mix feel with lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and parks.
Getting Around:
Plenty of free parking for your vehicles. Uber/Lyfts readily available and a quick ride to town.
Other Things to Note:
** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
