Excellent property, great location

We enjoyed our stay at the property, everthing was as described and it was very clean. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to both downtown and the Opry areas. Would stay here again the next time we're in Nashville.

The property was very spacious for our party of 3. The townhome is nicely updated witha few signs of wear ans tear. It is accurately pictured in the listing. It felt very safe and was convenient to the attractions we were visiting. The kitchen was well.stocked and easy to use. The open floor plan made it easy to visit with each other while in the kitchen/living area.We knew about the stairs from the listing, Just be aware there are stairsProblem with refrigerator not corrected during stay Little surprised that just prior to traveling, we were required to pay a security deposit. Either a 14 day hold on a credit card or pay 40-50 flat fee, That was the first time I've ever been asked to do that.I was also a little annoyed that we were expected to strip the beds and start the washer upon checkout.The place had not been deep cleaned in some time. There were dust bunnies and cobwebs. We definitely left it cleaner than we found it. Were there problems during the stay? Yes. Did it ruin our trip? No. Would I stay here again? Yes.

The refrigerator should have been fixed while you were still in the house, not after. The deep clean was overdue — dust bunnies and cobwebs aren't the standard we hold, and that unit has since been reset. And the checkout list is now trash and dishes only. On the deposit: we verify and protect every stay so guests always know who's around them and any issue gets handled cleanly — we're making that step clearer well before arrival. Guests who report it straight instead of just walking away are how this townhome gets better. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

Weekend Trip

Our family came to Nashville to cheer on our Gamecocks. This home was the perfect location between Vanderbilt and downtown Nashville. The check-in process was super easy. The house was clean and well stocked with the necessities. Great place to stay with your family!

Excellent Stay

We came as a fanily of 6 Adults. Everything was exactly as described. The place was top notch clean! Easy to follow instruction for arrival and departure. Easy to get Uber or Cab to and from! Would definitely stay again!

Quick trip to Nashville

This was the perfect place to stay for our quick trip to Nashville. Would definitely stay here again, and plan to spend more time enjoying the house/condo. We didn't have time to enjoy the fun stuff in the garage/game room, but that would be fun when the weather is cooler!

Quiet Stay, Super Close to Downtown

Would absolutely love to stay here again. The layout of this property was ideal for our group. The top floor has two bedrooms with the kitchen, living room and common areas on the second floor separating the other bedroom located on the first floor. Too two floors have balconies which we loved. The garage is a unique touch, perfect for hanging out and relaxing after a long drive. Space was super pet friendly. Very quiet neighborhood located at the end of a cul de sac. Hoping to visit again soon!!

Our stay last night was exceptionally smooth from start to finish. If you are looking for a rental that prioritizes both hygiene and guest convenience, this property is a standout choice.Accessing the home was incredibly easy. The check-in process was well-documented and straightforward, allowing us to settle in quickly without any technical hurdles or complicated lockbox maneuvers.The first thing we noticed upon entering was how spotless the entire home was. It is clear that the hosts maintain a high standard of cleanliness; every surface, from the kitchen counters to the linens, felt fresh and professionally tended to.The highlight of the floor plan is the thoughtful layout of the sleeping quarters. The home features three spacious bedrooms, and notably, each one includes its own private, en-suite bathroom.Having a dedicated bathroom for every bedroom offered a level of privacy and comfort that is rare to find in most rentals.This setup eliminated any "morning rush" and made the stay feel much more like a high-end hotel experience than a standard shared home.This is a meticulously maintained property that offers a stress-free experience. First time was a blessing

First time we have ever used VRBO and it was a wonderful experience. The Townhouse was beautiful and clean and cool !! But left an anklet bracelet and called and messaged the number in hopes the cleaning crew would find it and turn it in. Still havent heard anything back. But we will use yall again!!
