Spacious studio in Downtown Dunedin! Super Cute and Comfortable!
Come relax in this beautiful Studio apartment. Close to everything! One block off of The Historic Main Street of Downtown Dunedin. Tons of restaurants, shops, parks and activities super close-by. World Famous Beaches near-by. Whether your traveling for work or fun, there are Lots of fun things to keep you entertained! Great for traveling healthcare workers- ONE block away from the Mease Dunedin Hospital!
*There are 3 apartments on site, they are all available for rent if you have a larger party. Cute & comfortable! Great for work or play. Rest & relaxation. This unit only has a cook-top stove; No oven. There is no cable but there is a Roku TV that has all the main streaming services available. The couch is very long and could fit another guest if needed.
One parking spot per unit, but free street parking available as well as a free public lot nearby for extra guests.
I am local and available for emergencies. However, checking IN and OUT is contact-free. I will send you your own custom code for your stay within 24 hours of your arrival date.
Downtown Dunedin is famous for it's lovely, quaint, eclectic vibe. Lots of character, hip restaurants, beautiful shops & parks. Close to everything. Multiple world famous beaches a short drive away
Public transport is nearby (PSTA). We have a lovely Jolley Trolley that runs through Downtown and can even take you to Clearwater Beach!
Laundry facility is on site and available for 5 day+ stays upon request and it is used by housekeeping staff as well as other guests. Use at your own risk.
