Everything is here for a very comfortable getaway. Walking distance to Main Street. Owner was on site for any questions which was nice. Highly recommend would stay again

Dunedin

The house was perfect for us and the location was amazing. We love the Pinellas Trail and walked it daily with our little dog.

Great location

We loved our Dunedin stay. This home was very clean with a newly remodeled bathroom. The proximity to downtown Dunedin was a 1.5 block walk…perfect!

Downtown Dunedin Weekend Getaway

The property was just as described and a very short walk to downtown Dunedin. It was even closer to the bike path which worked out great for us. We would stay again and will definitely be back to Dunedin for another short getaway.

Convenient to a quaint town

Very nice to be able to walk just one block to restaurant's and coffee shop. Cool little town with so many nice shops another place off our 'bucket list' in Florida small town category, Definitely will go back.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. Unit is located close to restaurants and shopping. We left our car in the driveway and pretty much walked everywhere we needed to go.

Perfect Spot

This is the best location! We never used our car during our three day stay. The place is beautiful and clean. Loved the coffee shop across the street and Corvers Seafood around the corner! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay.

Awesome Location

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Great unit close to everything in Dunedin. We parked our vehicles when we got there and didn’t touch them until we left.

Perfect Spot

Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Location is great, quick walk to the town. House was very clean. Only recommendation would be to provide better directions for use of the TV.

Location, location, location!!! we absolutely loved our stay in downtown Dunedin however, the bed was very very hard and it was difficult to sleep. Hopefully, they can add a mattress pad or something to make it more comfortable.

Perfect spot for a short-term stay in Dunedin

The bright and clean one-bedroom cottage is within 5 minutes' walking distance from numerous restaurants and shops. We stayed in the adjacent mirror-image unit last year and found it so convenient that we re-booked. Access was super simple, and communication was prompt, although not needed once we arrived. Love the small-town vibe of Dunedin and hope to return next year.

Great Location

This home was in a perfect location. Was easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed exploring all that Dunedin had to offer. The bed was a little uncomfortable and would love to have had usb ports in the lamps on either side of the bed so that a phone could be charged. Otherwise a great place to stay.
