Welcome to mountain top luxury. This brand new custom built home, with 6 bedrooms, is designed to comfortably accommodate large families or a gathering of friends. With multiple decks to the window-backed great room and game room-panoramic, mountain views follow you throughout this home. You will be a short 5-minute drive to both Blowing Rock and Boone, North Carolina. The house is designed with a modern rustic feel and incorporates amazing long range views.

The house sits atop Appalachian Ski Mountain which is great for those fun days on the slopes. It is a short drive to the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, fishing, hiking, restaurants, shopping, and other fun tourist destinations of the Blue Ridge Mountains. During the winter months, a 4-wheel drive car is needed.

Daughter graduated from App State and my parents and wifes parents came to town.

This place was amazing. The views were unbelievable and everyone had their own space. We have 12 people staying and it worked out perfectly.

Amazing family reunion site in the NC mountains!

Fantastic views, well laid-out house, and enough room for three generations ranging over 70 years across to find spaces that worked out best for them. Could not asked for a better home to stay in!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This is our second year staying at this property. We love it! You cannot beat the views, the location or the house itself. The owners are easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing location with plenty of room to spread out!

Blowing Rock Ski Vacation

We booked this trip to have one last opportunity to gather before the kids headed back to college. The home was new, clean, beautiful views, and centrally located for easy travel to Boone, blowing rock and banner elk. The host was very accommodating and we were thrilled with the first class accommodations. Great stay, great memories!

Family Getaway

This house does not disappoint. Kitchen is nicely stocked. Views from the house are amazing! July 4th fireworks were beautiful! We have rented from these owners before. Their houses always provide a great experience.

Awesome Family time!

Enjoyed every minute of our stay! Gathered with my older parents, Sister and her family. The house was extremely accommodating in every aspect. The views were spectacular! The fall leaves were at their peek.

Fun Stay

Property was gorgeous. Amazing rooms. Easy check in and out! Clean, which is huge for me. Perfect location central to Boone and Blowing Rock. The host Lauren very responsive. Looking forward to being back!

Fantastic vacation!

We walked into the house and were totally blown away! The views are amazing. The house is spacious and welcoming. The house is convenient to everything! We loved sitting on the porch and listening for the train whistle from Tweetsie! We would definitely stay again!

Sweet mountain memories with friends

This was our second stay and we hope to return every year. The home is just lovely and has everything we needed. The views are spectacular and we especially love being close to town. Kitchen was well equipped and beds and sitting areas comfortable. Another big win for us was the seating on both decks and ample space for parking. Can't wait to return and make this an annual trip.

Great guys’ trip!

We had a great weekend celebrating my brother-in-law’s upcoming wedding. The house accommodated multiple people with privacy (private bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms), but also had fantastic areas to congregate together. Morning coffee on the balcony was my favorite part— the view is even more stunning in person. The location is also perfect, just a short drive from both Blowing Rock and Boone. We would definitely stay there again.

Family Gathering

Our family had a wonderful time together and enjoyed staying at your beautiful home! There was plenty of room for the 10 adults and 2 children in our group to hang out all together or in smaller groups in the 2 living areas or on the two huge decks where we enjoyed the spectacular views throughout the day. Great Stay

This is the second year in a row that my family has stayed at this house, and yet again it did not disappoint. We visited Blowing Rock to ski and snow tube. The location of this house is perfect for easily getting to ski lodges. The house is also such a wonderful getaway that we all enjoyed staying in and hanging out in the house some too. We were a group of two families, which included children, teenagers, and adults. We all loved the house!

An unforgettable vacation

Both this location and Lauren as a host deserve 10 stars. The cabin is very well located and well stocked. The rooms are well distributed and there’s enough room to spend time with the family. Lauren went above and beyond during our stay as we encountered an unexpected delay in getting to the cabin. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location and hope we can book in the future again :)

Lovely home even better view!

Great home for family or friends, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Everything looks new and clean and most importantly we'll maintained. If you come with kids keep in mind the yard is a little steep, but the view from the porch is fantastic.

We're already planning to go back

Our family took a ski trip to Appalachian Ski Mountain and this home was perfect. The home is beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect for anyone going skiing/snowboarding. The view is unbelievably breathtaking, and the host was easy to communicate with. My family and I (ranging in ages from 3-50's) all enjoyed our stay and there was ample room for all of us to comfortably stay (there were 10 people total). Thanks for a great stay!

Just what we needed for Christmas stay

Great property and experience overall. The view is absolutely spectacular. The furniture and amenities were exactly what we needed. Plenty of parking space for our group. The kids loved the bunk bed room, games and toys. The adults loved the number of bathrooms, the smart tvs, kitchen hardware and seating options. The Christmas tree was a welcome touch that really made the group feel at home. We will stay again.

Our family cavation

We had a wonderful family vacation and this house was perfect. We had my husband and myself, a dear family friend and our three children, teir spouses and 5 grandchildren ranging in age from 7 months to 7 years. The house had ample space and was extremely well equipped. They even had toys for the kids! Each of our kids had their own master with private ensuite which was perfect for their families The kitchen was so well stocked and they even had an extra refrigerator in the pantry! It was wonderful!

Beautiful views and beautiful house.

We enjoyed our stay. The views from the house are incredible. The house is setup for large families or groups to stay at with two refrigerators and two sets of washers and driers. We did not have that large a group that we needed it but it got us thinking about future visits. The location is perfect with easy access to Blowing Rock and Boone and all the hiking in the area.

Family Vacation

Lovely home! House wasn’t as clean as I would expect, under couches dirty and one of the bath towels was dirty. Not enough towels for 14 people or wash clothes. Property owner super helpful and easy to communicate with. They have lots of things you need when traveling already at the home. Would stay here again

Perfect!!

We were a family of 8 adults and 2 children. The house was perfect! We actually had a spare bedroom. Beautiful views from the deck. The house was very roomy - perfect layout and enough privacy for everyone. Lauren was great to work with. Excellent communication! Boone and Blowing Rock both have tons to do for every interest. We had lots of laughs and made great memories!

Pictures on Vrbo didnt do justice

We loved the home and the view. The only thing we asked that a house number be put at the end of the driveway. Its very easy to miss. Everything in the home was up-to-date. They had everything you could have thought of to use, if you decided to stay in cook. The host was very friendly and easily to get in touch with. I would recommend this home to anyone.
