This bright apartment is within walking distance to Downtown Mystic and to historic Noank. Tons of nearby food options. There are coastal access points nearby that are car accessible within 2 to 5 mins. There are trails across the street for a scenic hike that are all protected. The sunset views are breathtaking and you can see wildlife and of course boats. We are 1 exit away from mystic seaport and mystic aquarium. Use the Mystic Go App to see all that you can explore in this area.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful loft overlooking the Mystic River, Connecticut for a family event. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided helpful information about the area, which made our stay even better. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed—and the view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Mystic!

Beautiful studio overlooking the Mystic River. Lovely area. 1 mile walk to downtown Mystic. The owners were very friendly and asked about our needs. Would stay again.

Loved our stay!

It was a great location and the property was just as described. It was clean, charming, and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We loved the town of Mystic and would definitely return!

West Mystic is the best

Great location, with easy walking access to Willow Point and downtown Mystic. Mystic Market has great food, and Noank is only a mile away. Great getaway!

Great place

Totally enjoyed our stay here. Only 3 min drive to downtown mystic. Great view of water. FYI - the train is only a couple of cars and goes so fast you barely hear it. I would recommend staying here!

Great Property

We stayed at this property for a summer weekend while attending a wedding in the area. Clean, well stocked and exactly as pictured. Quiet neighborhood and my husband and I found it to be conveniently located and a super comfortable weekend getaway. Would definitely book here again when in the area.

Perfect size for our weekend getaway!

We came to town for the weekend Christmas festivities in Mystic. We wanted more space than a hotel room and this was perfect for the four of us (2 adults, 18 and 11 year old.) We loved having a water view and we love the trains! A nice touch was the coffee provided by the owners as they are also local coffee roasters. It is about a mile walk to town but we enjoyed it, even in the cold. Communication with the owners was quick and easy, too. We would definitely come back in the future.

Quiet studio

This upstairs studio was nicely planned. Everything we needed was readily at hand and new. Quiet with beautiful views. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Getaway to Mystic and surrounding towns

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. Owners were very friendly and super communicative. The property was just the right size for the two of us, it was immaculately clean and really modern and cute. Awesome view of Mystic River and very close to downtown area. Couldn't get any better than this property. We definitely want to stay here again. Thank you for our perfect little getaway!

Mini getaway

My 2 daughters and I stayed here during a volleyball tournament at Mohegan Sun. This place was a wonderful alternative to a hotel with all of the comforts of home, a gorgeous view of the water, close to the beautiful center of Mystic, and Lisa was a delight to communicate with and meet. The coffee was extraordinarily delicious also! We hope to have a reason to return!

Excellent location and clean!

We really enjoyed our stay - the host was responsive, helpful, and welcoming. This was our second stay. The place is clean, parking easy, view amazing. My kids liked the stairs (we don't have a staircase at home) Lol. It was so helpful to have a full kitchen with everything we needed, and washer dryer and easy everything. There is close access to beaches, ready-to-eat food, and nice places to go running in the morning. We look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful week in Mystic

We just spent a wonderful week at this beautiful loft! The location was perfect… close to all the attractions and amenities in the area, yet a quiet spot along the river to relax and unwind. The loft was perfect for our needs. Immaculate, comfortable and with all the amenities you could ask for in a rental. Lisa and Jonathan were welcoming and always available if we needed anything. We also looked forward to the train coming by. It was a fun part of our week. We look forward to many return visits.

A lovely home away from home

Lisa and John’s place was perfect for our family of 3. It was close enough to downtown Mystic and Olde Mystick Village, but far enough to be at peace. The water views are beautiful. The train tracks are close by but you get used to it quickly. The home is fully stocked, including a washer/dryer and the owners’ homemade and delicious coffee! Lisa and John are quick to respond to requests and very helpful! Thank you for a nice getaway!

Really clean and welcoming space !! The view is incredible. There are commuter trains that go by right in front of the windows but they are really quick and not that loud. Bathroom is clean and nice shower. So great to have a washer dryer right in the unit. For a couple this space is perfect. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops and yet it feels private and secluded. Highly recommend. I am hoping we can return .

Sister's Weekend

A wonderful place to stay. The owners immediately responded to our reservation request. The property is close to many tourist attractions but not too close. The coffee was out of this world! My one recommendation would be to have dimmer switches on the lights or to have a couple of lamps. The brightness of the can lights in a shared location makes it difficult for some to turn in early. My sisters and I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful place. Thank you for everything!

New and very clean

The place is small but very clean and just enough. The welcome coffee beans made a delicious cup of coffee. Our quarters were right on the mystic river. Traintracks were right before the river. We were used to the noise of the train speeding by frequently. My favorite part of our stay wad we walked into mystic and didnt need to drive or park. Those beautiful butterflies too on the property.. We would love to be invited back😁

Wonderful Property & Owners

Amazing… we loved everything about this property. Once you pull down the driveway, you’ll know you made the right choice. The studio was just Gorgeous!! Lisa & Johnathan (owners) thought of everything to make us feel at home. (The coffee, was out of this world) Lisa & Johnathan were very welcoming and friendly. The studio was laid out perfect for the 3 of us and the pictures don’t fully capture how Beautiful the place is. The studio has breathtaking views of the Mystic River. A cozy get away

We stayed here as part of a road trip through the northeast. The property is perfect for a couple that wants to unwind for a few days. Beautiful views of the river. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very well appointed and had everything you would need including a dedicated parking space. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was amazing to wake up to that beautiful view each morning. Windows galore with tons of natural light It's a very quick drive in to town where all the shops and restaurants are. You do have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the apartment. This was no issue for us but if someone in your party has mobility issues or you have small children, you'll need to take this into consideration. Should we come through Mystic again, we'll definitely try to book this property. A big thank you to the hosts!!

Nice Place

Downtown shopping and eating is within walking or biking distance. Beautiful view and was never bothered by the train. Coffee in the morning was supplied by The Host and was excellent.

Lisa and Jonathan live on the property. We are retired navy, teacher, and owners of a local coffee roaster. We look forward to sharing our fabulous location with you. We have been in the area for over 20 years. We have four children, one lives in DC and her career, one in college, one in middle school, and one in high school. You will love the quiet and secluded area as much as we do. The sounds of nature are abundant all year long.

This is a studio apartment with a queen size bed which overlooks the Mystic River. The sounds of nature are heard all day long. There is a loveseat and two chairs that can be moved around to meet your individual needs. The kitchen has an island that seats 4 comfortably with room to eat, play games, or work from home if needed. We also offer two twin air mattresses if you would like additional room which is perfect for kids. You and guests will be extremely comfortable and only have to bring the clothes that you need. We have done all the work to provide anything that you might need. We are two hours north of New York and one and 1/2 hours south from Boston

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

There are beautiful water views when you wake up in the morning looking at the Mystic River. We are a coffee roaster and will provide complimentary coffee to enjoy while we watch the sunrise. We have a grinder and several options on how you can enjoy your coffee. The roasting occurs on Monday and Thursday between 10-3. All the places are within a short walk to downtown, with coastal access points, trails, and all the fabulous offerings that the area provides. There is parking right in front of the loft so you do not have to travel far.
