Our stay was great. This is a well-appointed ground-floor condo with easy access to parking and pool/hot tub. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. There were plenty of beach towels and things for the beach available for use. The condo is updated compared to several others in the same facility. There was some construction going on but we managed just fine with the noise being primarily in the day. The property management was very responsive to our requests.

The property was a little outdated. The mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and the shower pressure I. The master bedroom was so strong that it was not enjoyable to take a shower. The blinds were extremely dirty as well. Overall the property is ok, but if I would have knows how outdated everything was I would have picked a different property to stay in.

This unit was as described and pictured (I just wonder why there are no towel bars in the bathroom?) The AC unit made a funny noise but kept the unit cool despite the direct afternoon sun. (Must keep curtains closed in the afternoons). The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to cook or make cocktails. Would stay again!

Everything was as pictured, nice to be on the ground floor. Grounds are so pretty and well maintained. AC worked well. We always enjoy this resort.

Grounds are beautiful, close to ocean and walking to shops and restaurants. Condo is very well used and just needs a little refresh in some areas. Had a wonderful 15 day stay. Looking forward to going back.

Great Papakea property

Quiet stay

Lovely quiet stay with fewer than usual tourists this time. Love the patio view and access to the waterfront, also to the parking area for quick access.

Lovely unit we've stayed in several times now. Great quiet location. Love the lawn area that goes right up to the water for lounging and reading. Conveniently located next door to food trucks and grocery store. We'll be back!

Perfect Resort in Paradise

Our Resort proved to be nothing less than spectacular. Situated seconds from the ocean with wonderful views, the property was outstanding. A short walk from the Resort found supermarkets, restaurants, food trucks, more beaches, and many other amenities.

Great Island get away.

Property was well maintained, clean, quiet. Property looks like some of the nearby overpriced locations with less congestion. Really enjoyed the "vibe" there.

Great family vacation spot!

The property was clean and the host communication was great. Lots of linens and towels for showering and going to the beach. Plenty of room for a family of 5-6. We would recommend the unit and the Papakea resort to other families.

We could not have picked a better condo for our vacation. The view and amenities were more than I could have asked for. Our favorite part of the day was watching sunsets over the water from the property. The condo is closely located to an affordable grocery store and many good restaurants. Maui Property was a very responsive company to deal with.

Awesome!

Went to celebrate my mothers 80th birthday and our new born baby. Perfect location, loved being able to walk right out to the pool and having the patio right there.

Sufficient Plus

We have stayed at many condos in the Papakea. This was not the most well-equipped condo, but it had everything we needed for a great trip. The location on the ground floor was perfect for our family with 2 small children.

Beautiful!!!!

The property is absolutely beautiful! We loved having a 1st floor unit. The views were amazing! Pool was great. Beach was a short walk to the neighboring complex. The place had everything we needed. They provided beach towels & chairs and snorkeling gear, which was really nice!

Papakea stay

This was a lovely ground floor unit with lanai right near the Koi pond with a small view directly to the ocean through the palm trees. Large master bedroom and then a smaller 2nd bedroom that was great for kids. A great resort with Two pools and hot tubs, covered community Lanai to sit at if raining to still view the ocean! Will stay here again next year

Celebration with friends and family

We came to Maui to celebrate with family and friends before my daughter leaves for college in August. We rented 1 condo and our other friends rented 2 different condos. It was fun snd convenient for us to all meet up at common areas such as the pool and barbecue. The kids had a blast hanging out and playing soccer together and it felt safe for them to have a bit of freedom. We had a wonderful family vacation and would love to come back. Maui is simply beautiful and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
