Perfect for a little get away. The location for the stadium aiport and bars are reasonable uber or a quick drive. Stayed with a few life long friends and we all met in Tampa.

Three coworkers for a meeting. Great location to get downtown if you have a car. Comfortable, clean and relaxing!

Inside of the house was clean and everything worked well. Bathrooms were clean. Location was fine if you want to be near Ybor street. Overall for the price per night it was what we were looking for. Communication was great and check in was easy.

Cute rental and in a great location. Only a 10 minute drive to the convention center where we spent most of our time. Walking distance to restaurants in Ybor.

Great location for cigar aficionados and convenient to lots of restaurants. We needed a place to stay overnight before a cruise and this was perfect. Beds were comfortable, water pressure in showers was great. The only time communication lagged was when we asked where the washer and dryer were (they are located in an outside door with a key code lock). So we had to Wait until it was dark to do our laundry which wasn’t ideal but it worked. Overall great stay!

Host was incredibly responsive both before and during the stay. The property is exactly as pictured. Clean comfortable and was perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay there.

The location was perfect for our quick over night stop! Clean and well stocked. Mattresses could use to be updated as 2 of them rolled into the middle. Water presser was less than stellar, but there was plenty of warm water.

This location was great for our Ybor stay. Well equipped and comfortable. We would stay here again when visiting Ybor.

Comfortable bungalow

Nice location, it worked for us during our work vacation. Beds were a little stiff but had all necessities. And convenient to restaurants.

We had a blast on our little trip. The outside could use a little up keep but the inside was perfect!. I'd sure stay here again.

Very clean, walkable distance to downtown Ybor, loved the old pics of downtown Ybor on display. Owner left many suggestions of local dining that made it easy to pick something for everyone! Beds comfortable and beautifully decorated too!

Although we had no problems, it is a little edgy area for an old guy.Since there were no pictures of the outside of the home, we were kinda surprised by the exterior of the property. It is very close to the street. You can park on the street, which is a good thing. The inside was remodeled. It is about as good as you can get with a home of this age. The water pressure was low at the main bath sink but the main bath shower had good pressure.. The master bath took a while to get hot water going.We had an ant problem when we arrived, but the owners fixed it.The biggest issue was the road noise at night. I don't know what the big trucks were hitting- a pothole or something- but I woke up many times thinking it was a big thunderclap. The neighbors have some high-performance cars and vans, and when they crank them up, it is very loud.As we were there for an emergency visit due to family being in Tampa General Hospital, the drive to the hospital is about 15 to 20 minutes, which is good.The best thing about this home is that there are numerous eateries very close to the property.

The house was perfect for us. We needed a place we were close to attractions and walking distance to Ybor for entertainment. Although it was cool at night with the air conditioning it did get warm in one of the bedrooms. I would recommend an additional standing or floor fan but otherwise again this was the perfect place for our group.

House was cute. Served its purpose. Clean and nice decorations. Air conditioning worked good. Kitchen had everything you need. However, It did not have a washing machine and dryer which I thought would have. Neighborhood is loud at night especially on the weekends. Nice easy walk to historic Ybor City. Not really a family friendly place though. Better for young adults 21. All in all good experience.

Adorable place and extremely convenient to everything. The only suggestions that I have are: thermal blackout curtains for the 2nd bedroom as it gets extremely hot in the afternoon, ceiling or stand alone fan for the other two bedrooms and at least one full sized mirror.Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again when we visit again.
