Kick back and unwind at our historic, but totally modernized 1920s Ybor Bungalow! This 3 bedroom house has everything you'd need to relax and enjoy your visit to Tampa! We have off street parking for two cars, and a super fun outdoor space for entertaining! We are located 5 mins away by car to downtown, and minutes to 7th ave in Ybor City!

The property was very nice and the owners were very responsive. The neighborhood had room for improvement but no feeling of unsafe. Parking was available inside the fenced yard but the street parking was full. Not having a car made this a non-issue. I would consider this an option for future visits.

Comfortable

Comfortable but a bit of an uncomfortable neighborhood. We were safe but were hoping for something more obviously walkable. We wound up taking rides everywhere we wanted to go.

A Gem in Ybor City

The property was exactly as listed online.The home was in close proximity to all of the downtown Tampa activities.Being able to park inside the gate was a great convenience.And, it was great being able to wash clothes. The owner thought of all the extra touches: washing detergent, dish detergent, coffee, body soap, paper towels, etc.It was nice to be able to relax and feel safe after a long day.And, the owner was responsive to my messages as well.

Beautiful house, neighborhood not so great

This house was perfect for our family while staying in Tampa for a soccer tournament. The house was very clean and comfortable. Decorated beautifully, we loved it. Great communication with the property manager. Private parking was fantastic to have so we didn't have to look for a spot on the street. The only issue was that on our last day there, there was a shooting in the neighborhood which unfortunately will prevent us from staying there again. Not because of the property, just because of the safety of the location.

Fabulous location and home

Great to have behind the gate parking. Washer and drier were very helpful to have onsite. The home was clean and exactly as advertised.

Quick Tampa stat

We came from Ocala to stay the night so we could go to a comedy show in Ybor City. We loved this little quiet cozy spot and enjoyed relaxation in the back yard and i must say the shower had the BEST water pressure! Super spacious and will definitely keep on my list for go-to stays!

Event tour

We came in for an event in Ybor City and the home was in a great location from everything. The home was extremely clean and well kept, along with all 3 bedrooms being very comfortable. The backyard patio was amazing and very secure. I will definitely stay there again.

Concert Attendees

We booked this adorable bungalow due to the proximity to Raymond James Stadium. Host let us to check in early (thank you again) which allowed plenty of time to get to the concert and have great night! Home is so pretty and stocked with everything one could possibly need! Great communication with the hosts! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and lovely home

My adult son and I decided to stay in Tampa first part of our Florida getaway.We could not have been more please to stay in Christelle and Arley's home. The home is tastefully decorated with up to date furnishings, kitchen and TV with ROKU for viewing after a day of enjoying Ybor City neighborhood close by. One advantage I learned in many drives to the Ybor City area is parking. There are surface lots and ramps plus on street parking. If you get there soon enough or lucky to find a space on the street you pay for as many hours needed only $2.00 and hour! The fun and active vibe on 7th is contagious! Our hosts were EXTREMELY responsive on all of our questions and requests. One of the very best hosts I have seen in all of the homes we have rented from home. I highly recommend them and will come back again in the future.

Great Ybor Stay

The rental was bigger than I thought it would be! Very nice. Easy check in. Secure parking. Only thing missing, unless I’m blind, was the hot tub! I really was looking forward to a hot tub after Gasparilla!

Owner responded quickly to any questions. We would recommend. Very nice inside. Neighborhood is being rejuvenated. Someday these will all be more expense. Thank you to the owners.

Quiet, Enjoyable Stay!

My husband and I needed somewhere to stay for a couple of days while we attended the National RV show in Tampa. This place came up in our search. Great price. We were unsure of the neighborhood at first, but it ended up being very quiet/no issues. I loved the privacy of the fenced-in backyard; our two small Morkies did too! The bed we chose to sleep in was quite comfy (3 bedrooms). We have no negative comments, although we would like to offer one suggestion. The water pressure in the house was great, both kitchen amd bath. But the shower head chosen for the shower was not compatible it seems. The water coming out of the rain shower head was greatly decreased, and you had to stand extremely close to the faucet/almost on top of the faucet to shower. Other than that the house met all of our needs. Thanks!
